Abstract

Tinta konduktif telah berhasil dibuat dari perak nitrat sebagai prekursor perak dan etilen glikol sebagai agen pereduksi. Tinta konduktif digoreskan pada permukaan printed circuit board (PCB) secara direct writing. Pola konduktif dihasilkan pada permukaan PCB setelah proses pemanasan. Nilai resistensi pola konduktif diukur dengan multimeter. Konduktivitas pola ditentukan dari nilai resistensi, dimana semakin kecil nilai resistensi maka semakin konduktif pola tersebut. Pengaruh variasi konsentrasi etilen glikol, suhu dan waktu pemanasan terhadap nilai resistensi juga telah dipelajari pada penelitian ini. Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada penambahan etilen glikol 20% dengan suhu pemanasan 230 °C selama 45 menit. Nilai resistensi rata-rata yang dihasilkan pada komposisi tersebut adalah sebesar 1,5898 Ω. ============================================================================================================== Conductive ink was succesfully synthesized by silver ions from AgNO3 and reducing agent (i.e., ethylene glycol). Conductive ink was scratched by direct writing on the surface of printed circuit board (PCB). Conductive pattern was obtained after heating process. The resistence value of conductive pattern was measured using multimeter. Conductivity is determined by the resistance value, where decreasing resistance value mean increasing the conductivity of pattern. The effect of ethylene glycol concentration, curing temperature and curing time towards resistance value also investigated. Best results can be achieved in the addition of 20% ethylene glycol at 230°C for 45 minutes. The average of resistance value on that composition was 1.5898 Ω.
