Abstract

Dunia industri di Indonesia telah berkembang dengan pesat, hal ini menyebabkan kondisi persaingan dunia bisnis semakin hari bertambah ketat. CV Sitibung Jaya Promo yang menjadi objek amatan pada skripsi ini merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang display promo produk (retail design service) dan tergolong ke dalam industri kreatif. Dalam pengelolaan sebuah perusahaan diperlukan sistem manajemen yang baik. Critical Success Factors (CSF) merupakan faktor kritis yang juga dapat berupa aktivitas yang harus dipastikan perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan tepat. CIMOSA merupakan tools yang dapat memetakan aktivitas bisnis perusahaan berdasarkan masing-masing prosesnya. Penentuan success factors pada penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dimana perbaikan dilihat dari sisi korporasi. Success factors yang teridentifikasi yaitu terdapat 4 kriteria dan 11 sub-kriteria. Setelah success factors diidentifikasi, selanjutnya dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Nilai pembobotan dapat diidentifikasi dari success factors yang kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi critical success factors. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh pemetaan aktivitas bisnis dengan menggunakan kerangka CIMOSA dan diketahui bahwa terdapat 4 critical success factors yaitu improved cash flow (0.297), time completion (0.198), business performance review (0.044), dan service quality (0.041). ====================================================================================================== Industrial world in Indonesia grow very fast, and that thing makes business competition got tightened each day. CV.Sitibung Jaya Promo as the object in this observation is a company that ran a retail design service and kind of creative industry. As the company grow, some problems occurred and potentially disturb the main business. In a company must had a good management system to run their business.. Critical Success Factors (CSF) is a critical factor that can also be activities that should certainly be able to run with the right company. CIMOSA is a tool that can map the company's business activities based on each process. Determination of the success factors in this study using the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) which is improvement in terms of the corporation. Success factors that were identified are 4 criterias and 11 sub-criterias. After the success factors identified, next step will be weighted using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Weighting values can identify and classified the success factors into critical success factors. The results of this research showed business activity mapping using CIMOSA framework and there are 4 critical success factors such as improved cash flow (0.297), time completion (0.198), business performance review (0.044), and service quality (0.041
