Abstract
Pemilihan moda transportasi udara yang signifikan dari tahun 2005-2014 di Indonesia mempengaruhi jumlah ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana transportasi udara. Bandara Ahmad Yani sebagai salah satu prasarana transportasi udara memiliki peranan penting dalam penunjang pemilihan moda transportasi. Sehingga kapasitas Bandara Ahmad Yani Semarang mempengaruhi ketersediaan ruang moda transportasi udara pada daerah tersebut. Hal itu menimbulkan permasalahan, bagaimana kinerja kapasitas sisi udara di Bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang.Berdasarkan data-data yang diperoleh maka dapat dilakukan perhitungan untuk evaluasi kapasitas runway dengan metode Mathematical Formulation Of Ultimate Capacity, kapasitas taxiway dengan metode FAA, kapasitas apron dengan metode FAA dan penentuan letak exit taxiway berdasarkan metode ICAO kondisi eksisting tahun 2017 maupun untuk 2027 yang akan datang. Hasil evaluasi kapasitas tahun 2017 dan kapasitas pada 2027 dari penelitian ini Bandara Internasional Ahmaad Yani Semarang mampu menghasilkan kapasitas runway sebesar 21 operasi pesawat, kapasitas taxiway 105 operasi pesawat dari runway 13 dan 95 operasi pesawat dari runway 31, jumlah gate yang dibutuhkan yaitu 15 buah dengan luasan apron 950 x 138 m2 untuk tahun 2017 dan 30 buah dengan luasan 1770 x 138 m2 untuk tahun 2027 pada saat jam puncak. Peningkatan kapasitas bandara dapat dilakukan dengan adanya design ulang letak exit taxiway eksisting dengan jarak minimum 1.920 m dari runway 13 bersudut 30o, penambahan jumlah exit taxiway pada jarak minimum 1.920 m dari runway 31 bersudut 30o dan dua buah holding apron bersudut 90o pada kedua ujung runway.

The significant of air transportation from 2005 to 2014 in Indonesia, influences the amount of provision of transportation facilities and infrastucture. Ahmad Yani Internasional Airportas one of air transportation infrastructure has an important role in supporting the selection of air transportation. Therefore, the capacity of Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang affect the availability of air transportation space in such area. It, then, bring about problem how the capacity of Airside Performance in Ahmad Yani Semarang Internasional Airport. According to the collect data, it, hence, willbe possible to do calculation for evaluating capacity of runway with Mathematical Formulation of Ultimate Capacity Method, capacity on taxiway with FAA method,capacity on apron with FAA method, and the placment of exit taxiway based on ICAO method for either eksisting condition ,2017, or the upcoming 2027. The result of evaluation on 2017 and 2027 at peak hour, based on this research, Ahmad Yani Semarang International Airport is able to obtain runway capacity of 21 airplane operation, taxiway capacity of 105 airlpane operations from runway 13 and of 95 airplane operation from runway 31. the total required gates is 15 gates with the apron area of 950 x 150 m2 for 2017 and 30 gates with the area of 1770 x 150 m2 for 2027. The increase of airport capacity can be performed by providing the redesign of exsisting exit taxiway position with minimum distence of 1.920 m from runway 13 angled 30o; addin the ammount of exit taxiway from minimum distence of 1.920 m from runway 31 angled 30o and two holding aprons angled 90o for both runway ends.
