Abstract

Bangunan gedung hotel Swiss Bellin Darmocentrum terletak di Jl. Bintoro no. 21 – 25 kota Surabaya. Bangunan terdiri atas 14 lantai dengan lantai semi-basement dan atap dengan rangka baja. Selain itu, pada struktur ini juga terdapat kolam renang pada lantai 10. Setelah dilakukan percobaan beberapa kali, permodelan dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus saja, tidak dapat memenuhi persyaratan kontrol perioda fundamental struktur. Oleh karena itu, desain struktur yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan sistem ganda yang tahan gempa. Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu kepada peraturan yang berlaku yaitu SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, dan SNI 1729-2015. Proses perhitungan struktur meliputi analisis pembebanan, permodelan struktur dengan bantuan software SAP, analisis gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, dan pengecekan syarat elemen struktur. Hasil perhitungan desain gedung meliputi ukuran balok induk 400x800 mm, ukuran balok anak 300x600 mm, dan dua macam ukuran kolom yaitu lantai basement 900x900 mm, lantai 1-Atap 800x800 mm, serta dinding geser dengan ketebalan 300 mm. Serta, terdapat juga hasil perhitungan penulangan beton struktur utama, balok, dan kolom,serta struktur sekunder berupa plat dan tangga yang kemudian akan dituangkan dalam bentuk gambar teknik. Selain itu, akan dibahas metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan balok-plat lantai menggunakan pengganti bekisting plat yang berupa steel deck untuk mempercepat pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan menghemat biaya pelaksanaan. Setelah dilakukan analisis perkiraan biaya untuk membandingkan antara pelaksanaan metode balok dan plat lantai konvensional dengan pelaksanaan metode balok dan plat lantai menggunakan steel deck, didapatkan selisih biaya yaitu Rp 38,970,306 atau sebesar 4,36% pada setiap lantainya. ============================================================================================== The building of Swiss Bellin Hotel Darmocentrum placed at Jl. Bintoro no. 21-25 kota Surabaya. This building consisted of 14 floors with steel roof and semi-basement floor. There was also a swimming pool on the 10th floor. After some trials, modeling with special moment resisting frame system didn’t fulfill the requirement of structural period fundamental control. Therefore, the design of the structure was using earthquake resistant dual system structure. Calculation of structure and earthquake follow the applicable regulations, as followed SNI 2847-2013, SNI 1726-2012, SNI 1727-2013, and SNI 1729-2015. The calculation of structure contained of mass analysis, structure modeling with the help of SAP software, calculation of reinforcements, and checking the requirements of structural elements. The calculation results of the concrete were main beam with the size 400x800 mm, secondary beam with the size 300x600 mm, and two sizes for columns, basement floor 900x900 mm, 1st-roof floor 800x800 mm, and shear wall with 300 mm thickness. As well, there were also calculations of reinforcement of concrete main structure, beams, and columns. Also, the secondary elements as slab and stairs that would be poured in the form of engineering drawings. In addition, it discussed the implementation method of beam and slab work using steel deck as the replacement of slab framework to accelerate and save cost of the construction. After analyzing the cost estimation to compare between the beam and conventional slab with the beam and slab using steel deck method, the difference of cost was about IDR 38,970,306 or 4,36% for each floor.
