Abstract

Saat ini beton pratekan sudah mulai banyak digunakan pada struktur gedung bertingkat. Beton pratekan merupakan suatu teknologi konstruksi yang dapat digunakan pada struktur bentang panjang seperti jembatan, jalan layang, dll. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk memodifikasi struktur Hotel Dafam Surabaya menggunakan sistem ganda dan beton pratekan. Gedung Hotel Dafam ini memiliki 18 lantai dengan tinggi total 62,3 m, dibangun di kota Surabaya dengan jenis tanah sedang yang menurut peraturan perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk gedung (SNI 1726 : 2012) termasuk dalam kategori desain seismik D. Bangunan gedung yang termasuk dalam kategori seismik D dapat menggunakan sistem ganda dengan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus (SRPMK) dan dinding geser beton bertulang khusus. Gedung Hotel Dafam dimodifikasi memiliki ruangan bebas kolom pada lantai atap sehingga direncanakan menggunakan balok pratekan pada lantai atap.
Perencanaan bangunan Hotel Dafam Surabaya ini meliputi plat, balok, kolom, shearwall dan tangga dan semua perhitungan mengikuti peraturan SNI 2847 : 2013 dan perhitungan pembebanan mengikuti peraturan SNI 1727 : 2013. perhitungan gempa menggunakan motode respons spektrum berdasarkan SNI 1726 : 2012.
Dari penyusunan tugas akhir ini diperoleh laporan hasil perhitungan struktur dan gambar teknik dimana bangunan tersebut mampu menahan gaya gempa di wilayah Surabaya.

Nowdays prestressed concrete is widely used in multi-storey building structure. Prestressed concrete is a technology of construction which can be used on long span structure such as bridge, flyover, etc. the purpose of this final task is to modify the structure of the Hotel Dafam Surabaya using dual system and prestressed concrete. This Hotel Dafam building has 18 floors with total height about 62,3 m, which built in Surabaya city bove the medium type of ground that according to the rule design of earthquake resisting building (SNI 1726 : 2012) included into seismic design category D. The building that included into seismic design category D allowed to used dual system for the structure, which means using the bearer order system of particular moment method (SRPMK) and particular reinforced concrete of shearwall. This building is modified to have rooms without coloumn in the middle of area which is designed using prestressed concrete beam at the rooftop floor.
The design of this Hotel Dafam building is including plate , beam, coloumn, shearwall, and stair which all of the calculation based on SNI 2847 : 2013 and SNI 1727 : 2013 for the loading case. Meanwhile, the calculation the earthquake based on SNI 1726 : 2012 using response spectrum method.
At the end of this final task arrangement, the report of the structure calculation and the engineering drawing are obtained to show that this building is capable to resist the earthquake force in Surabaya.
