Abstract

Gedung perkuliahan di surabaya yang didesain merupakan Gedung G Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya dengan luas bangunan eksisting sebesar 650 m2. Gedung perkuliahan eksisting memiliki total jumlah lantai yakni 6 lantai, yang kemudian dimodifikasi menjadi total 11 lantai. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration Test (SPT), didapatkan bahwa gedung dibangun diatas tanah dengan kondisi tanah lunak (kelas situs SE).Perhitungan struktur menggunakan metode dual system yakni sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus dan shearwall yang mengacu pada SNI 03-1726-2012: Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non-gedung. Bangunan termasuk dalam kategori bangunan tidak beraturan, maka perencanaan beban akibat gempa menggunakan analisis respon dinamik. Sedangkan, pembebanan non-gempa mengacu pada SNI 03-1727-2013: Beban Minimum untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain dan juga ASCE 7.Struktur sekunder berupa plat dan tangga dipikul oleh struktur primer yaitu balok, kolom dan joint balok kolom. Selain itu juga terdapat shearwall yang berfungsi menahan geser ketika terjadi gaya gempa. Struktur bawah terdiri dari sloof, pile cap, dengan pondasi tiang pancang. Struktur atap menggunakan rangka atap baja. Keseluruhan struktur adalah beton bertulang, yang mengacu pada SNI 03-2847-2013: Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung.Hasil dari perhitungan ini adalah berupa gambar teknik, terdiri dari gambar arsitektur, gambar denah struktur, dan gambar detail penulangan. Pada akhir juga disertakan metode pelaksanaan dari pekerjaan pondasi.

Lecture building which designed in Surabaya is Building-G Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya with existing building area of 650 m2. The existing building has total 6 floors, which then modified into total of 11 floors. Based on the results of the Standard Penetration Test (SPT), it is found that the building is built on soil with soft soil condition (SE class site). The structural calculation uses dual system method, which is Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SMRFS) and Shearwall that refers to SNI 03-1726-2012: Procedure of Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-building Structure. The building is included in the category of irregular building, which then using dynamic respons analysis for load planning due to earthquake. Meanwhile, non-earthquake load refers to SNI 03-1727-2013: Minimum Load for Building Design and Other Structures and also ASCE 7. The secondary structure like plate and stairways were carried by the primary structure such as beam, coloumn, and beam-coloumn joint. There is shearwall that serves to hold the lateral force when an earthquake occurs. The lower structure consist of sloof, pile cap, and pile foundation. Roof structure using steel roof truss. The entire reinforced concrete refers to SNI 03-2847-2013: Procedures for Calculating Concrete Structures for Buildings.The results of this calculation is a technical drawing, consisting of architectural drawing, structural layout drawings, and detailed reinforcement drawing. At the end also included the construction method of the foundation.
