Abstract

Konsep Transit Oriented Development (TOD) mengarahkan pengembangan kawasan yang beorientasi pada titik transit. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan penggunaan kendaraan pribadi dengan mengalihkan moda ke angkutan berbasis transit. Kawasan Blok M, Jakarta merupakan kawasan yang dikembangkan berdasarkan prinsip TOD sejak tahun 2014. Akan tetapi kawasan ini masih mengalami tingkat kemacetan yang tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan penggunaan angkutan pribadi masih dominan, baik yang berasal ataupun menuju kawasan tersebut. Selain itu penggunaan dari angkutan umum berbasis transit masih minim. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian untuk melihat keterkaitan fungsi kawasan yang dikembangkan berbasis TOD terhadap penggunaan dari moda berbasis transit (Bus Transjakarta). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Analisis tersebut bertujuan untuk menghasilkan suatu model yang dapat memprediksi penggunaan Bus Transjakarta di kawasan Blok M, Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pelaku pergerakan di kawasan Blok M tidak mempengaruhi tingkat penggunaan dari Bus Transjakarta secara signifikan. Ciri kawasan yang sesuai dengan kriteria TOD mempengaruhi tingkat penggunaan Bus Transjakarta (Y) secara signifikan, terutama kesesuaian terhadap indikator diversitas (X2) dan desain kawasan (X3). Oleh karena itu model penggunaan Bus Transjakarta berdasarkan kesesuaian ciri kawasan berbasis transit oriented development adalah y=-0.314 + 0,37 X2 + 0,298 X3. Kesesuaian terhadap indikator densitas tidak signifikan mempengaruhi penggunaan moda transit di kawasan Blok M. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin beragamnya penggunaan lahan di kawasan Blok M serta didukung oleh desain kawasan yang ramah pejalan kaki maka penggunaan Bus Transjakartanya semakin tinggi. ============================================================================================== Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept is an approach to develop a city that focuses on station areas. It aims to minimize the use of private transportations, by shifting the mode of transportation to the mass rapid transit modes. Blok M, Jakarta is an area that developed by TOD`s criteria since 2014. However, this area is still surrounded by bad congestion. It is caused by the massive use of private transportation from both ingress and egress of Blok M area. Furthermore, the demand of bus rapid transit`s (Transjakarta) is constantly decreasing by years. Therefore, this research aims to find the correlation between TOD based area development and the use of Transjakarta in Blok M, Jakarta This research uses multivariate regression analysis. It aims to obtain the mathematical model that can predict the percentage of Blok M` Transjakarta demand based on TOD`s criteria The result of this research implies that characteristic of travel behavior does not influence the use of Transjakarta ridership significantly. On Contrary, the characteristics of TOD`s criteria are significant to affect the use of Transjakarta ridership especially diversity (X2) and pedestrian ways design (X3) indicator. Hence, mathematical model correlation between area that developed by TOD`s criteria and the use of Transjakarta ridership is y= -0.314 + 0,37 X2 + 0,298 X3. According to the model, unlike diversity and design indicator, density indicator does not influence Transjakarta ridership uses significantly. Therefore, Blok M area has to be developed more diverse. Besides, the design of pedestrian ways in Blok M area has to be more walkable and comfortable in order to increase the use of Bus Transjakarta
