Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya pembangunan gedung bertingkat di Indonesia menuntut adanya sebuah teknologi maupun inovasi yang mendukungnya. Beragam metode pelaksanaan menuntut adanya pelaksanaan yang cepat dan kontrol kualitas yang tinggi. Saat ini sedang dikembangkan sistem beton pracetak. Namun, material beton umumnya berdimensi besar sehingga menyulitkan pada proses pelaksanaan. Di lain sisi, telah dikembangkan sistem lantai pabrikasi integral, yaitu modular pabrikasi dengan material baja berupa balok, pelat, finishing dan utilitas menjadi kesatuan modular. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan perancangan struktur gedung CIMB Tower Semarang dengan sistem lantai pabrikasi integral. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, rancangan struktur ini dengan penahan gempa 100% shearwall telah memenuhi kontrol gempa SNI 1726-2012 dan kuat menerima beban gravitasi. Modular lantai pabrikasi integral tersebut direncanakan sebesar 8x8m terdiri dari pelat lantai bondek 9 cm, 3 balok tengah, dan balok tepi di semua sisi. Balok berupa rangka batang dibagi 2 segmen untuk efiensi berat. Sambungan yang digunakan antara lain: baut-mur pada modular lantai dengan kolom dan antar kolom, las pada modular lantai pabrikasi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi fabrikasi modular di pabrik, transportasi dari pabrik ke lokasi proyek dan ereksi modular di lokasi proyek, perakitan modular di lokasi proyek, dan perawatan modular. Perencanaan struktur bawah dari hasil perhitungan didapat, dinding basement tebal 30 cm dengan tulangan lentur D22 – 125 dan tulangan bagi D22 – 750. Pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 42 m.

The rapidly growth of the construction of building in Indonesia requires the development of technologies or inovation supporting it. Various construction methods reguire fast implementation and high quality control. Currently, a precast concrete system is being developed. However, concrete material has a large dimension. It makes difficult on the implementation process. On the other hand, it has been developed an integral floor systems, a manufactured steel modular consists of beams, slabs, finishing, and utilites merged into a single modular. This final project is structure design of CIMB Tower semarang building with fabricated integral floor system. Based on the results of the analysis, the design of this stucture with 100% shearwall earthquake resistant has fulfilled the seismic control of SNI 1726-2012 and strongly receives gravity load. The modular fabricated integral floor is planned 8x8m consists of 9 cm bondek slabs, 3 center beams, and edge beams on all sides. This beam is truss frames divides by 2 segments for heavy efficiency. Connections used : bolts on the floor’s modular with columns and columns to columns, welding on modular fabricated floor. Implementation methods include modular fabrication at plant, transportation from factory to project site and modular erection at project site, modular assembly at project site, and modular maintenance. Design of the bottom structure from the calculation obtained results, 30 cm thick basement wall with bending reinfocement D22 – 125 and divide reinforcement D22 – 750. Foundation uses a 60 cm pile diameter with a depth of 42 m.
