Abstract

Pada waktu kapal sandar di pelabuhan, untuk menyuplai energi listrik dikapal seringkali menghidupkan mesin bantu kapal, mesin bantu ini menghasilkan emisi yang berupa gas buang. Dengan penerapan shore connection, kapal-kapal yang sandar di pelabuhan bisa langsung mematikan mesin bantu. Teknologi ini merupakan solusi menghemat energi. Frekuensi yang berada di kapal menggunakan frekuensi sebesar 60 hz, sedangkan frekuensi pelabuhan di darat sebesar 50hz sehingga perlu perubahan frekuensi. Dengan rangkaian voltage source inverter yang memakai controller PID didapatkan perubahan frekuensi yang baik dengan error yang sedikit. Untuk perubahan frekuensi dari 50 ke 60hz nilai konstanta controller yang paling baik yaitu konstanta proporsional dan integral sebesar 0.0042 karena memiliki nilai rata – rata presentase error terkecil sebesar 0.1353%. dan memiliki akurasi pengontrolan yang paling baik sebesar 99.82%. Untuk perubahan frekuensi dari 60 ke 50hz nilai konstanta controller yang paling baik yaitu konstanta proporsional 0.0046 dan konstanta integral sebesar 0.0046 dikarenakan memiliki nilai rata – rata presentase error terkecil sebesar 0.74% dan memiliki frekuensi terbaik sebesar 49.63

At the time ship docked at the port, to supply the ship's electrical energy often turn on the ship's auxiliary machine, this auxiliary engine produces emissions in the form of flue gas. With the implementation of shore connection, ships that dock at the port can immediately turn off the auxiliary machine. This technology is a solution to save energy. Frequency is on the ship using a frequency of 60 hz, while the frequency of the port on land by 50hz so it needs to change the frequency. With a series of voltage source inverters using PID controller, it is found that the frequency changes are good with little error. For frequency changes from 50 to 60hz the best controller constant values are the proportional and integral constants of 0.0042 because they have the smallest percentage error of 0.02% with the mean value of the smallest error percentage of 0.1353%. For frequency change from 60 to 50hz the best controller constant value is the proportional constant 0.0046 and the integral constant of 0.0046 because it has the average value of the smallest error percentage of 0.74% and has the best frequency of 49.63
