Abstract

Gedung yang digunakan sebagai referensi Tugas Akhir Terapan ini merupakan sebuah gedung perkuliahan yang terletak di Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Gedung ini mempunyai 4 lantai fungsi dengan tinggi bangunan ±16 meter ditambah satu lantai basement yang difungsikan sebagai area parkir sedalam ± 3 meter dibawah permukaan lantai dasar. Gedung ini direncanakan akan dibangun di Kota Surabaya dengan menambahkan 4 lantai fungsi serta menambahkan Ruang Aula pada lantai 8. Dengan menghilangkan kolom interior pada Ruang Aula maka direncanakan bentang balok ± 20 meter menggunakan balok prategang. Penggunaan balok prategang ini mempertimbangkan ukuran dimensi balok jika menggunakan balok beton konvensional akan menjadi lebih besar. Metode penarikan pada beton prategang menggunakan metode post-tensioned (pasca tarik). Pada perhitungan struktur ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dimana sistem ini dirancang untuk daerah rawan gempa sesuai SNI 1726-2012 dan pembebanan sesuai peraturan SNI 2847-2013. Beban gempa dihitung dengan metode beban gempa dinamis response spectrum dan analisa struktur menggunakan program bantu SAP 2000. ========================================================================================== The building used as the reference of this applied final assignment is a college building placed in Surakarta, Central Java. It is a four stories building with the height of 16 meters, with a basement below as high as 3 meters that functioned as a parking area. This building is planned to be built in Surabaya with an additional of 4 stories and there will be a hall built on the 8th floor. A 20 meters long beam span using a prestressing beam is planned after removing the interior coloumn. The use of this prestress is considered by the dimensions of the beam, noted that using conventional beam concrete will be greater in size. The tensing method used in prestressing beam is post-tensioned method. The calculation of this structure is designed using a SRPMK system, in which the system is designed for earthquake prone areas in accordance with SNI 1726-2012 and the loading according to SNI 2874-2013. The earthquake load is calculated by dynamic earthquake load method called response spectrum method, and structural analysis is done by using SAP 2000.
