Abstract
Dalam assessment existing platform, salah satu hal yang harus diperhitungkan adalah adanya degradasi pada struktur tersebut. Yang termasuk bentuk degradasi pada struktur adalah terjadinya aging corossion. Korosi merupakan anomali yang sering terjadi pada struktur lepas pantai. Korosi berpengaruh terhadap ketebalan dinding struktur, dimana ketebalan dinding struktur ini akan berpengaruh terhadap umur kelelahan struktur tersebut. Di analisa ini akan dibahas dampak korosi terhadap umur kelelahan struktur tersebut. Aging corossion dimodelkan sebagai degradasi wall thickness dimana laju korosi yang terjadi adalah 0.2 mm/tahun. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menghitung umur kelelahan struktur tiap 5 tahun setelah diketahui laju korosi sebesar 0.2mm/tahun, hingga struktur tersebut mengalami fatigue. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan aging corossion berpengaruh terhadap periode natural struktur, dimana periode natural mengalami kenaikan dari 1.213 menjadi 1.336 atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 10.14 % dari kondisi awal. Sedangkan struktur mengalami fatigue pada tahun ke-20 setelah aging corrosion ditemukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa aging corossion mempunyai dampak yang cukup siginifikan terhadap periode natural dan umur kelelahan struktur, sehingga aging corrosion perlu dipertimbangkan dalam assessment existing platform.

In the existing assessment platform, one of the things that must be taken into account is the degradation of the structure. Which includes the form of degradation in the structure is the occurrence of aging corossion. Corrosion is an anomaly that often occurs in offshore structures. Corrosion effect on wall thickness of the structure, where wall thickness of this structure will affect the fatigue life of the structure. In this analysis will be discussed the impact of corrosion on the fatigue life of the structure. Aging corossion is modeled as wall thickness degradation where the corrosion rate is 0.2 mm / year. This analysis is done by calculating the fatigue life of the structure every 5 years after the known corrosion rate of 0.2mm / year, until the structure has fatigue. From the analysis results obtained aging corossion effect on the period of natural structure, where the natural period increased from 1.213 to 1.336 or an increase of 10.14% from the initial conditions. While the structure experienced fatigue in the 20th year after aging corrosion was found. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that aging corossion has a significant impact on the natural period and fatigue life of the structure, so aging corrosion should be considered in existing platform assessment.
