Abstract
Dalam era globalisasi yang semakin maju dan berkembang pesat saat ini teknologi dan informasi menjadi hal-hal yang sangat diperhatikan oleh masyarakat luas. Hal ini mempengaruhi banyak sekali perkembangan, salah satunya perkembangan tren interior. Saat ini, setiap bangunan memiliki perencanaan interior yang sangat matang, karena desain interior itu sendiri berfungsi untuk meningkatkan nilai kenyamanan pada seseorang yang berada didalamnya serta memberikan identitas pada suatu bangunan, tidak terkecuali bangunan kantor. Berbagai literature yang berkaitan dengan studi beberapa kantor dan gedung perkantoran menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti ketidakpuasan, tempat kerja berantakan, dan lingkungan fisik memainkan peran utama dalam hilangnya produktivitas karyawam. Ruang kantor yang efisien dan fleksibel dalam mengikuti perkembangan zaman membantu perusahaan untuk tetap bertahan dalam usahanya.
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII (persero) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang agri-bisnis dan agro-industri, perusahaan ini ingin meningkatkan inovasi, nilai tambah bagi shareholders dan stakeholders, serta nilai daya saing perusahaan. Hal ini menuntut agar PTPN XII tampil lebih baik melalui upaya pengembangan desain interior, yaitu memiliki kantor yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan para pekerjanya. Oleh karena itu, desain interior modern dan pengaplikasian ecological thinking diterapkan untuk memberikan kenyamanan bagi para pekerjanya serta memberikan identitas pada bangunan kantor itu sendiri. Pada penerapannya, karakteristik konsep modern yang diaplikasikan kedalam interior Kantor adalah warna yang netral dan berkesan bersih pada elemen interior, serta penggunaan bentukan yang fleksibel dan dinamis, sedangkan penerapan ecological thinking yaitu pada material furniture, dinding, lantai, plafon dan pengaplikasian tanaman indoor dan artificial tree. Untuk memberikan identitas serta ciri khas pada Kantor PTPN maka diterapkan sentuhan budaya Jawa Timur di dalam interior kantor, dan juga sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan kebudayaan Jawa Timur. Maka, dengan diterapkannya konsep modern, ecological thinking dan sentuhan budaya, produktivitas para pekerja yang ada di dalamnya meningkat karena suasana interior yang nyaman dan memberikan efek relaksasi pada pekerja di dalam Kantor PTPN XII serta memberikan identitas bagi Kantor itu sendiri.

Currently, every building has a very mature interior design, because the interior design itself serves to increase the value of comfort in someone who is inside and provide identity in a building, office buildings are no exception. Various literature related to the study of some offices and office buildings shows that factors such as dissatisfaction, messy workplaces, and the physical environment play a major role in the loss of work productivity. Efficient and flexible office space to keep up with the times helps the company to stay in business.
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII (Persero) is a company engaged in agri-business and agro-industry, this company wants to increase innovation, added value for shareholders and stakeholders, and the value of corporate competitiveness. This requires that PTPN XII perform better through the effort of developing interior design, which has an office that can provide comfort to its workers Therefore, modern interior design and application of ecological thinking is applied to provide comfort for its workers and provide identity in the office building itself. In the application, the characteristics of modern concepts applied to the interior of the Office are neutral colors and clean impression on the interior elements, as well as the use of flexible and dynamic formation, while the application of ecological thinking on the material of furniture, walls, floors, ceilings and the application of indoor and artificial plants Tree. To give identity and characteristic to PTPN Office then applied touch of East Java culture in interior of office, and also as effort to preserve East Java culture. Thus, with the adoption of modern concepts, ecological thinking and the touch of culture, the productivity of the workers in it increases because of the comfortable interior atmosphere and the effect of relaxation on the workers within the PTPN XII Office and the identity of the Office itself.
