Abstract

Sektor pertahanan militer merupakan salah satu sektor penting bagi suatu negara. Indonesia masuk urutan ke delapan sebagai negara importir senjata dan proyektil terbesar 2014. Khususnya proyektil jenis frangible untuk memenuhi kebutuan dalam negri. Sampai saat ini produksi proyektik jenis frangible masih menggunakan prinsip mekanik konvensionl sehingga pada Tugas Akhi ini dibuat Press machine pencetak peluru ini menggunakan sistem hidrolik dan controller berupa PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) yang terintegrasi dengan HMI (Human Machine Interface). Digunakan 2 pembacaan yaitu berdasarkan pembacaan tekanan dari Pressure Transmitter TPS 20-G28P2 yang terdisplay pada HMI(Human Machine Interface) dengan manual menggunakan stopwatch. Didapatkan nilai karakteristik static meliputi kepresisian 0.991, akurasi 0.9 %, sensitifitas alat 1.127 dan error sebesar 2.2 %.

The military defense sector is one of the important sectors for a country. Indonesia is the eighth largest arms exporter and projectile in 2014. Particularly frangible projectiles to meet domestic needs. Until now the production of frangible type projectt still use conventional mechanical principle so that in this Akhi Duty made this press machine printed bullet using hydraulic system and controller in the form of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) integrated with HMI (Human Machine Interface). Two readings were used based on pressure readings of the 20-G28P2 TPS Pressure Transmitter displayed in HMI (Human Machine Interface) manually using the stopwatch. Obtained static characteristic values include precision 0.991, 0.9% accuracy, 1,127 device sensitivity and error of 2.2%.
