Abstract

Dalam Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap, untuk memberikan listrik yang memadai, sumber steam harus sesuai dengan kriteria, khususnya tekanan. Untuk alasan kriteria tersebut maka perlu suatu sistem pengendalian terhadap variabel tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pembuatan tugas akhir ini mengenai rancang bangun aktuator servo operating valve di output steam pada prototype and simulator boiler di workshop instrumentasi.. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yaitu mikrokontroler atmega 16, final control element berupa servo operating valve dan pressure trasmitter Altronic Press. Sensor P/N 691201100. Dari hasil pengambilan data tugas akhir ini, dilakukan uji sensor pada pressure transmitter dan pembacaan Pressure Transmitter pada sistem. Set point pressure yang diinginkan yaitu 4 bar. Dari hasil pengujian alat sensor didapatkan didapat nilai rancang bangun aktuator servo operating valve tersebut memiliki nilai error dibawah 5% yaitu 0,279%. Sehingga dari tugas akhir ini, telah dihasilkan rancang bangun sistem pengendalian pressure steam output yang berjalan dengan normal.=======================In a Steam Power Plant, to provide sufficient electricity, the steam source must conform to the criteria, especially pressure. For reasons such criteria then need a system of control of these variables. Therefore, this final project is done about the design of actuator servo operating valve at steam output in prototype and boiler simulator in instrumentation workshop .. The instrument used is microcontroller atmega 16, final control element in the form of servo operating valve and pressure trasmitter Altronic Press . Sensor P / N 691201100. From the results of this final data collection, tested the sensor on the pressure transmitter and readings Pressure Transmitter on the system. The desired set point pressure is 4 bars. From the results of testing the sensor obtained obtained the value of the design of actuator servo operating valve has an error value below 5% is 0.279%. So from this final project, it has been produced the design of pressure steam output control system that run normally. .
