Abstract

Project Management Office (PMO) sebagai tools untuk melakukan kontrol pada proyek-proyek yang ada di PT. PLN (Persero). Secara umum, peran – peran PMO pada suatu proyek akan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan peran – peran PMO yang paling berpengaruh pada implementasi PMO, terhadap kinerja proyek dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh peran PMO terhadap kinerja proyek yang ada di PT. PLN (Persero).
Klasifikasi dan keterkaitan antar peran akan diteliti dengan menggunakan metode analisa faktor, untuk klasifikasi variabel yang dimasukan pada analisa faktor, dilakukan adaptasi terhadap faktor – faktor yang sudah dilakukan pada peneltian sebelumnya. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Data primer meliputi wawancara, kuesioner yang terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan PMO di lingkungan PT.PLN (Persero) dan pelaksana proyek.
Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa peran - Peran Project Management Office (PMO) yang berpengaruh pada implementasi PMO terhadap kinerja proyek infrastruktur ketenagalistrikan adalah Peran proses,standart, metodologi, Peran SDM dan Peran sarana.

Project Management Office (PMO) as a tool to control the projects in PT. PLN (Persero). In general, the role of PMOs in a project will have a positive effect on project performance. This research aims to get the most influential PMO role on PMO implementation, on project performance and analyze the influence of PMO role on project performance in PT. PLN (Persero).
Classification and interrelationship between roles will be investigated using factor analysis methods, for classification of variables included in the analysis factor, adaptation of factors - factors that have been done on the previous research. Data collection conducted in this research, consists of 2 (two) data types namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes interviews, questionnaires and FGDs on correspondents who are directly involved in the use of PMO in the PT.PLN (Persero) environment as well as using applications for statistical calculations.
The result of this research is that the role of Project Management Office (PMO) that influences the implementation of PMO on the performance of electricity infrastructure projects is the role of process, standard, methodology, the role of human resources and the role of facilities
