Abstract

Berdasarkan data di lapangan hubung singkat antar fasa paling sering terjadi karena menempelnya layang-layang atau ranting pohon dan petir. Saat terjadi hubung singkat antar fasa petugas perlu mencari penyebab gangguan dengan inspeksi secara visual yaitu dengan melokalisir jaringan disetiap percabangan untuk mencari fuse yang terputus. Perlu adanya sistem pelaporan hubung singkat antar fasa menggunakan sensor arus dan tegangan yang diletakkan setiap percabangan pada jaringan tegangan menengah setelah Recloser sebagai pembaca arus dan tegangan saat terjadinya hubung singkat antar fasa, keluaran sensor arus dan tegangan tersebut diterjemahkan oleh ADC ke mikrokontroler (Arduino) yang kemudian akan dikirimkan ke smartphone melalui Modem GSM SIM800L dan ditampilkan melalui message. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan prototipe beban resitif 0,33 Ohm untuk mewakili kabel saluran udara tegangan menengah dan dapat memberikan laporan berupa besar arus dan tegangan, fasa yang mengalami gangguan dan waktu terjadinya gangguan antar fasa. Delay pengiriman laporan gangguan 3 detik. Waktu pengiriman laporan gangguan melalui SMS masih bergantung pada kondisi sinyal provider. ========================================================= Based on the short circuit data between phases most often occurs due to the sticking of kites or twigs of trees and lightning. When there is a short circuit between phases officers need to find the cause of the disturbance by visual inspection is to localize the network in each branch to look for a broken CO branch. There is a need for a system of short-circuit reporting between phases using current and voltage sensors placed every branching on the medium voltage network after the Recloser as the current and voltage readers when the short circuit occurs between the phases, the output current and voltage sensors are translated by ADC to the microcontroller (Arduino) Then it will be sent to the smartphone via GSM SIM800L Modem and displayed via Message. This final project uses a prototype of 0.33 Ohm resistive load to represent medium voltage air duct cable and can provide reports of large current and voltage, phase disturbance and time of inter-phase interference. Delay delivery report interruption 3 seconds. Delivery time of interruption report via SMS is still dependent on provider's signal condition.
