Abstract
Rantai pasok adalah salah satu kunci dalam pelaksanaan proses bisnis perusahaan, karena semua hal mulai dari manufaktur hingga penyampaian nilai ke pelanggan tercakup ke dalamnya. Proses bisnis dalam rantai pasok juga sangat berpengaruh dalam posisi suatu perusahaan di antara kompetitor yang lain. Akan tetapi, masih banyak perusahaan yang belum menyadari pentingnya mendefinisikan serta standardisasi dari proses bisnis rantai pasok untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta mengurangi biaya yang dikeluarkan.
Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini diangkat suatu kerangka untuk mendefinisikan struktur proses bisnis dalam rantai pasok, yaitu Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Aplikasi dari kerangka ini akan diterapkan dalam sebuah studi kasus perusahaan yaitu PT. Semen Indonesia dalam lingkup PT. Semen Gresik. Hal ini dikarenakan PT. Semen Indonesia sedang menghadapi tahun di mana persaingan di industri semen semakin ketat dengan banyaknya pesaing yang berdatangan dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Melalui penelitian ini, dikumpulkan data secara kualitatif dengan wawancara terhadap stakeholder terkait serta studi terhadap dokumentasi terkait untuk memetakan proses bisnis dalam rantai pasok PT. Semen Indonesia khususnya pada proses distribusi produk akhir.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah struktur proses bisnis distribusi dari PT. Semen Indonesia dalam lingkup PT. Semen Gresik berikut analisisnya berdasarkan kerangka kerja SCOR. Setelah melakukan analisis melalui permodelan proses bisnis, proses distribusi semen pada objek penelitian termasuk dalam proses SCOR Delivery dengan kategori perusahaan Stocked Product. Aktivitas di dalam proses bisnis tidak semuanya mengikuti aktivitas-aktivitas pada SCOR, terdapat satu aktivitas yang tidak sesuai yaitu pemberian bukti pembayaran kepada pelanggan, karena mekanisme pembayaran di awal yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Semen Indonesia.
Selain itu, dari analisis SCOR level empat dan lima dapat ditemukan permasalahan yang terdapat dalam proses distribusi melalui permodelan dengan notasi BPMN. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, juga diberikan usulan penerapan teknologi informasi yang dapat diterapkan oleh PT. Semen Indonesia untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dan usulan lain untuk mempersiapkan PT. Semen Indonesia menghadapi persaingan rantai pasok di masa mendatang.

Supply chain is one of the key in the implementation of the company's business processes, because everything from manufacturing to delivering value to customers is included. The business process in the supply chain is also very influential in the position of a company among other competitors. However, there are still many companies that have not realized the importance of defining and standardizing the supply chain business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Therefore, in this study the author will implement a framework to define the structure of business processes in the supply chain, namely Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). Applications of this framework will be applied by the author in a case study i.e. PT. Semen Indonesia in scope of PT. Semen Gresik. This is due to PT. Semen Indonesia is facing a year where competition in cement industry is getting tougher with many competitors coming from domestic and other countries. Through this research, the authors collected data qualitatively by interviews with related stakeholders as well as studies of related documentation to map business processes in the supply chain of PT. Semen Indonesia especially in the final product distribution process.
The end result of this research is a structure of business process distribution from PT. Semen Indonesia within the scope of PT. Semen Gresik follows its analysis based on the SCOR framework. After conducting analysis through business process modeling, the cement distribution process in the research object is classified in the SCOR Delivery process with the category of Stocked Product company. Activity in the business process does not all follow the activities of SCOR, there is an inappropriate activity that is providing proof of payment to the customer, because the initial payment mechanism implemented by PT. Cement Indonesia.
In addition, from SCOR analysis of level four and five can be found the problems contained in the distribution process through modeling with BPMN notation. Based on this, the authors propose the application of information technology that can be applied by PT. Cement Indonesia to solve the problem and other proposal to prepare PT. Cement Indonesia is facing supply chain competition in the future.
