Abstract
Kemiringan pada bangunan lepas pantai atau platform akibat settlement akan sangat berisiko bagi kelangsungan operasi dari bangunan tersebut. Bangunan yang mengalami kemiringan akan dihadapkan pada dua pihihan yaitu tetap lanjut beroperasi dengan resiko tinggi atau diberhentikan dengan nilal kerugian yang tidak sedikit. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap sebuah platform yang mengalami kemiringan akibat settlement. Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan analisis keruntuhan berbasis keandalan pada platform dalam kondisi kemiringan kritis. Sudut kemiringan kritis didapatkan dengan melakukan inplace analysis menggunakan SACS dengan variasi sudut kemiringan tiap 0,5 derajat sampai 3 derajat. Pemodelan kemiringan dilakukan dengan skema penambahan momen yang ditimbulkan akibat lateral displacement yang diakibatkan kondisi kemiringan tersebut. Analisis keruntuhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SACS. Nilai keandalan struktur didapatkan dengan menghitung keandalan member-member yang mengalami kondisi plastisitas maksimum. Didapatkan nilai sudut kemiringan kritis platform adalah 0,872 derajat dengan tambahan momen sebesar 8815 ft-kips. Nilai RSR dari hasil analisis keruntuhan pada kondisi kritis tersebut adalah 16,22 dengan nilai base shear yang menyebabkan keruntuhan sebesar 1732,33 kips yang berarti struktur masih layak karena telah melampaui nilai minimum RSRnya sebesar 1,6. Nilai keandalan platform terhadap keruntuhan pada kondisi kritis adalah 0,7807 yang menyatakan struktur masih handal namun memiliki nilai indeks keandalan sebesar 1,592 yang didapat pada member 392-492 yang menyatakan keandalan struktur tidak memiliki jaminan yang cukup. ========================================================================================================
The tilt offshore platform due to settlement will be risky for the operation of the platform. The tilt offshore platform will be faced with two choices, there are still continued to operate with high risk or decomissioned but it will caused high loss of economical value. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the tilt offshore platform due to settlement. In this final project, reliability-based collapse analysis is performed on the platform under critical tilt conditions. The critical tilt angle is obtained by inplace analysis using SACS with angle tilt variation of each 0.5 degrees to 3 degrees. Tilt modeling conditions is done by the scheme of adding moments caused by lateral displacement wich resulted from the tilt conditions. The collapse analysis is done using SACS software. The reliability value of the structure is obtained by calculating the reliability of members which has maximum plasticity conditions. The analysis resulting a platform critical tilt angle value is 0.872 degrees with additional moment of 8815 ft-kips. The RSR value of collapse analysis at the critical condition is 16.22 with the base shear value wich caused collapse condition is 1732.33 kips which means the structure is still feasible because it has exceeded the minimum RSR value of 1.6. The reliability value of the platform against the collapse in critical condition is 0.7807 which states the structure is still reliable but has a value of reliability index of 1.592 obtained on 392-492 member which states that the reliability of the structure has not reasonable assurance.
