Abstract

Pekerjaan box girder pada proyek Mass Rapid Transit Jakarta CP-102 merupakan konstruksi superstructure di bidang elevated section atau jalan layang dengan biaya normal pekerjaan sebesar Rp. 2.863.181.871.00 dan durasi normal 47,83 jam untuk setiap bentang. Terdapat 34 risk item pada pekerjaan tersebut, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap biaya dan waktu pekerjaan. Evaluasi risiko diterapkan dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan memberikan nilai probabilitas dan dampak pada risk item, berupa bertambahnya biaya setelah memperhitungkan aspek risiko (risk cost) dan bertambahnya durasi pekerjaan setelah memperhitungkan aspek risiko (risk time). Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data sekunder, pengumpulan data primer, dan evaluasi risiko biaya dan waktu. Dengan evaluasi risiko yang diterapkan pada pekerjaan box girder MRT CP-102, terdapat penambahan biaya (risk cost) sebesar 57% atau Rp 4.949.327.949 dan penambahan durasi (risk time) sebesar 66% atau 72 jam untuk setiap bentang. ================ The box girder works on the Mass Rapid Transit project Jakarta CP-102 is a superstructure construction of elevated section or highway with a normal cost of Rp. 2.863.181.871.00 and the normal duration is 47.83 hours for each span. There are 34 risk items on the works, so it is necessary to evaluate the risks to cost and time of works. Evaluation of risk is applied by quantitative analysis that is by giving value and impact on risk item, which is an additional cost after calculating the risk aspect ( risk cost) and additional time scheduling after calculating the risk aspect (risk time). The methoda that has been used to this research are collecting the primary and secondary data, and evaluating risks based on cost and duration. With the risk evaluation that have been applied to box girder work on the project of MRT CP-102, there is 57% cost increase or Rp 4,949,327,949 and 66% or 72 hour risk time delay for each span.
