Abstract

Proyek idealnya diselesaikan dalam kurun waktu yang optimum biaya yang ekonomis (rendah) namun berkualitas baik atau sesuai rencana kerja dan syarat. Berdasarkan aspek manajemen, hal tersebut di atas dimungkinkan karena selama ini telah dikenal dan sering digunakan teori Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) dimana kegiatan – kegiatan yang berada pada lintasan kritis (critical path) dikompres sehingga waktu yang didapat adalah waktu yang optimum dan biaya yang minimum. Pada tugas akhir proyek pembangunan jalan tol Mojokerto – Kertosono seksi 2 STA 5+000 – STA 24+900, waktu pelaksanaan dikompres dalam 2 alternatif. Pengkompresan dilakukakan untuk memperpendek waktu pengerjaan proyek. Dalam pengkompresan digunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penulis, dari kedua alternatif yang digunakan, didapatkan durasi optimum proyek adalah 463 hari dengan biaya optimum yang didapat sebesar Rp493,599,300,496.49,-. ============================================================================================= A construction project ideally finished in a shortest time and a lowest budget possible without negecting the demanded quality, DED and also the construction code. Looking from the management aspect, those are highly feasible to achieve beacause of the well-known, long-used theory of Time Cost Trade off (TCTO) where the project item within the critical path is compressed, and as a result, an optimum time period and cost of project is obtained. In this undergraduated thesis, the construction period of Mojokerto – Kertosono highway STA 5+000 – STA 24+900 was compressed with 2 alternative. compressing is use to shorten the project time. In this compressing, Time Cost Trade Off is used as a method. After conducted the calculation, it was known that the optimum period is 463 days with Rp493,599,300,496.49,- as a total construction cost
