Abstract
Gedung FEBI Surabaya adalah gedung bertingkat rangka beton 7 lantai dengan perhitungan struktur hingga 4 (empat) lantai telah dibangun tahun 2016. Proyek akhir ini akan melakukan perencanaan pelaksanaan dengan objek gedung febi hingga lantai 4, sedemikian hingga dapat diketahui waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan dapat menghitung biaya pelaksanaan yang sesuai dengan jenis- jenis pekerjaan yang diperlukan untuk penyelesaian pembangunan gedung tersebut. Produktivitas dan kebutuhan sumber daya setiap pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan analisis modern dan panduan buku maupun brosur dari pengalaman 3 (tiga) kontraktor, sehingga dapat diketahui metode pembiayaan dari masing-masing jenis pekerjaan dan produktivitas. Setiap aktivitas pekerjaan harus diuraikan pergerakannya, baik tenaga dan peralatan, sehingga dapat diketahui durasi total waktu pelaksanaan dari pekerjaan tersebut. Produktivitas diambil dari sumber referensi dan data dari pengalamanan kontraktor pelaksanaan. Biaya pelaksanaan dapat dihitung setelah seluruh waktu pelaksanaan dan sumber daya yang berupa tenaga, bahan dan peralatan dapat diketahui. Total biaya berdasarkan metode ini secara teoritis harus lebih kecil dari total biaya berdasarkan Harga Satuan Pokok Kerja 2016 (HSPK 2016). Perhitungan biaya dan produktivitas pelaksanaan sangat diperlukan seorang pelaksana pembanguanan gedung, khususnya jenis konstruksi bangunan bertingkat beton bertulang. Dengan aplikasi software MS. Project 2010, hasil durasi dan produktivitas tiap pekerjaaan dapat dijadikan input bersama dengan metode pelaksanaannya dan hasilnyadapat diketahui durasi pelaksanaan proyek tersebut adalah 368 hari dengan total biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 20,850,599,062

Building FEBI Surabaya is a 7 floor concrete framework building with a calculation of structure up to 4 (four) floors have been built in 2016. This final project will carry out planning implementation with the object of building febi up to 4th floor, so that it can be known when the execution of work and can calculate the cost implementation in accordance with the types of work required for the completion of construction of the building. The productivity and resource requirements of each job are calculated on the basis of modern analysis and guidebooks and brochures from the experience of 3 (three) contractors, so that the financing methods of each type of work and productivity can be known. Each work activity must be described its movement, both power and equipment, so it can know the total duration of the implementation of the work. Productivity is taken from reference sources and data from the experience of contractor implementation. The cost of implementation can be calculated after all the execution time and resources in the form of energy, materials and equipment can be known. The total cost based on this method should be theoretically smaller than the total cost based on the Price of 2016 Task Force (HSPK 2016). Calculation of cost and productivity of implementation is needed an executor of building construction, especially the type of construction of reinforced concrete buildings. With MS software application. Project 2010, the duration and productivity of each work can be input together with the method of implementation and the results can be known the duration of the project implementation is 368 days with total implementation cost of Rp. 20,850,599,062.
