Abstract
Analisa risiko investasi terhadap instalasi topside platform merupakan hal yang
sangat penting dimana didalam instalasi topside platform membutuhkan biaya yang
sangat tinggi. Selain itu dalam penelitian ini harus menganalisa pasar pekerjaan
proyek instalasi platform apakah nantinya akan berkembang atau tidak. Setelah
mengetahui perkembangan pasarnya, langkah selanjutnya yaitu harus menentukan
target pasar, berapa besar targetan yang akan diraih dalam tahun pertama dan tahuntahun
berikutnya. Hal ini bertujuan agar cash flow proyek instalasi ini menjadi jelas
dan terukur. Dalam tugas akhir ini setelah perhitungan cash flow dilakukan
perhitungan NPV (Net Present Value) dan juga PBP (Pay Back Periode) dan
menghasilkan NPV sebesar Rp. 3.618.903.003 untuk proyek instalasi dengan
menggunakan metode lifting dan NPV sebesar Rp. 13.622.212.561 untuk instalasi
dengan menggunakan metode floatover. Kedua proyek instalasi tersebut
menghasilkan PBP nya pada proses 5 tahun dengan nilai aliran kas pada tahun 2021
sebesar Rp. 3.054.521.160 untuk metode lifting dan pada tahun 2021 pula sebesar Rp.
5.526.459.423 untuk metode floatover dengan suku bunga sebesar 10.5% dan asumsi
seluruh targetan proyek tercapai. Setelah kita mengetahui NPV dan PBP nya, langkah
selanjutnya adalah melakukan analisa risiko investasi dari sisi ekonomi yaitu melalui
perubahan suku bunga. Dengan menggunakan metode sensitivity analysis dapat
diketahui bahwa bunga maksimum yang dapat ditanggung adalah sebesar 14% untuk
metode lifting dan 19.5% untuk metode floatover. Dengan ini kita dapat mengetahui
IRR dari kedua proyek instalasi tersebut sebesar 13.67% untuk metode lifting dan
sebesar 19.49% untuk metode floatover.

Analysis of investment risk against the installation of topside platform is very
important where in the platform topside installation requires a very high cost.
Moreover in this study should analyze the market platform installation project work if
will be developed or not. After learning the development of its market, the next step
will to set the aim market, how much aim that will be achieved in the first year and
subsequent years. It is aimed in order to make this installation project cash flow
becomes clear and measurable.In this final project after the calculation cash flow
done, calculation NPV (Net Present Value) and also PBP (Pay Back Period) and
produces NPV Rp. 3.618.903.003 to the installation by using the lifting method and
NPV Rp. 13.622.212.561 for installation by using the floatover method. Both of these
installation project producing such PBP on 5 year process with cash flow value in the
year 2021 is Rp. 3.054.521.160 for lifting method and also in the year 2021 is Rp.
5.526.459.423 for floatover method with interest rate of 10.5% and assuming the
entire aim project has been reached. After knowing the NPV and PBP, the next step is
to risk decisions investment from the economic interest rates. By using sensitivity
analysis to know that the maximum can be paid is worth 14% for lifting method and
19.5% for floatover method. With this we can find out IRR of the two projects on that
of 13.67% for lifting method and 19.49% for floatover method.
