This final project analyzed Terminal Operator System in Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. The analysis is done to the equipment by simulated every loading and unloading scenario which is used in Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. And than make a new scenario to decrease the queue by evaluated Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia layout. To decrease the container queue, equipment is needed. The recommended equipment are shore crane and top loader. The new model with thi equipment will be simulated.
