Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit St. Carolus Borromeus Jakarta ini dibangun 9 lantai termasuk atap dek beton yang terletak di jalan Salemba-Jakarta Pusat. Proyek pembanguna Rumah Sakit ini merupakan salah satu bagian terkecil dari seluruh pembangunan gedung yang dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. WIKA . Proyek ini menggunakan struktur beton pracetak. Pekerjaan Proyek ini meliputi : Pekerjaan periapan, pekerjaan loading, dan pekerjaan erection mulai dari lantai satu sampai lantai atap dengan bantuan alat berat. Rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan standart harga kota Surabaya dan referensi brosur sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku untuk mendapatkan kesesuaian biaya pelaksanaan dilapangan. Sedangkan untuk Waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan analisa mulai dari kapsitas alat, produktivitas, durasi dan penyusunan setiap item pekerjaan. Untuk penyusunan jadwal item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan bantuan Microsoft Project. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan untuk struktur beton pada proyek ini adalah Rp. 20.309.417.000,-. Dan waktu pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek selama 8 bulan.

The Hospital St. Carolus Borromeus –Jakarta Construction Project is built on 9 floors including a concrete deck roof located on Salemba-Jakarta City. The development project of Hospital is one of the smallest part of all building construction by PT. WIKA. This project uses a precast structure . The Project's work includes: Preliminary work, loading work, and erection work from firts floor to roof floor with the help of heavy equipment.
The implementation budget plan uses the Jakarta city standard and brochure reference in accordance with the applicable regulations to obtain the cost of implementing the field. While for the execution time is done with the analysis ranging from tool capacity, productivity, duration and preparation of each work item. For the preparation of work item items done with the help of Microsoft Project.
Based on the result of the analysis, the cost of implementation budget for concrete structure in this project is Rp. 20.309.417.000,-. And Time Implementation project development time of 8 months.
