Abstract

ITS merupakan salah satu kampus yang menerapkan layanan e-learning. E-learning yang diterapkan di ITS yaitu SHARE-ITS. E-learning SHARE-ITS diterapkan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan dan mengetahui kualitas proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan. Untuk menjamin kualitas proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan baik, maka kualitas media pembelajaran yang diterapkan berupa layanan e-learning juga harus baik. Namun pada kenyataannya, tingkat penggunaan terhadap e-learning SHARE-ITS hanya mencapai 41% saja. Dengan rendahnya persentase tingkat penggunaan e-learning SHARE-ITS tersebut, menyebabkan tujuan awal penerapan e-learning SHARE-ITS menjadi tidak tercapai. Tujuan awalnya ialah layanan media pembelajaran online yakni e-learning digunakan oleh seluruh departemen di kampus ITS untuk mendukung proses perkuliahan. Untuk membuktikan bahwa e-learning SHARE-ITS sebagai layanan dapat mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam perkuliahan dan memberikan dampak positif, maka perlu untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan e-learning. Penelitian ini focus pada implementasi model e-learning quality untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan e-learning dan mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kualitas dengan behavioural intention sehingga didapatkan rekomendasi yang akan digunakan sebagai bahan persiapan MOOC. Model e-learning quality yang digunakan mengacu pada konsep e-service quality. Penilaian kualitas layanan e-learning dengan e-learning Quality Model menggunakan dimensi yaitu dimensi assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, website content, e-learning Quality, dan behavioural intention. Kelebihan model tersebut adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan e-learning. Tahapan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap persiapan dan perancangan model konseptual, tahap implementasi, dan tahap analisa dan pembahasan. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan persiapan MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) di ITS. ================ ITS is one of the campus that implement e-learning service. E-learning applied in ITS is SHARE-ITS. E-learning SHARE-ITS is applied to support the learning process in the lecture and to understand the quality of learning process in the lecture. To ensure the quality of learning process in good lecture, therefore the quality of the instructional media applied in the form of e-learning services should be good. In fact, the usage level of SHARE-ITS only 41 percent. With the low percentage of SHARE-ITS e-learning usage level, the purpose of SHARE-ITS e-learning implementation is not achieved. The purpose is an online learning media service that e-learning is used by all departments on the campus of ITS to support the learning process. To prove that SHARE-ITS e-learning as a service could support the learning processes in lecturing and give positive impact, it is necessary to learn the quality of e-learning service. This research focuses on the implementation of e-learning quality model to know the quality of e-learning service and to know whether there is a relationship between quality and behavioral intention so that recommendation will be used as preparation material of MOOC. The e-learning quality model refers to the concept of e-service quality. Assessment of the quality of e-learning services with e-learning Quality Model uses dimensions of assurance, empathy, responsiveness, reliability, website content, e-learning Quality, and behavioral intention. The excess of model is to know the quality of e-learning services. The main stages of this research are the preparation and design of conceptual model, implementation phase, and analysis. The expected results of this research are recommendations that can be used as preparation materials MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) in ITS.
