Abstract
Industri garmen memiliki pertumbuhan yang sangat tinggi dari milyaran hingga puluhan trilyun rupiah pertahunnya. Sektor ini merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang menjanjikan. Hingga saat ini belum ada penelitian mengenai fitur pencarian dan website standar yang seharusnya diterapkan pada e-commerce yang menjual garmen. Tentunya hal ini mempersulit perusahaan mengambil keputusan dalam segi fitur pencarian. Penggunaan pencarian produk yang tepat dapat membuat pengalaman pengguna lebih baik dan pencarian yang tepat sasaran. Selain itu, penggunaan pencarian produk yang tepat untuk diterapkan di website membuat mesin pencari lebih mudah dalam memberikan rekomendasi kepada user.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, kuesioner, dan observasi untuk menggali kebutuhan. Perancangan tampilan antarmuka menggunakan metode parallel prototyping yang bersifat iteratif hingga mendapatkan desain yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Rancangan prototipe yang dibuat diujikan menggunakan usability testing dengan memberikan skenario pengujian pada responden untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk prototipe standar untuk pencarian produk pakaian wanita. Uji efektivitas menghasilkan nilai 100% yang berarti semua tugas dapat diselesaikan. Uji efisiensi menghasilkan satuan waktu dari tiap tugas yang dikerjakan dengan efisiensi relatif 100%. Sedangkan pada uji kepuasan menggunakan skor SUS (System Usability Scale) dengan nilai 86,5. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, dinyatakan bahwa prototipe ini layak dan menjanjikan untuk dijadikan standar bentuk pencarian produk pakaian wanita pada website e-commerce.

This sector is one of the promising industry sectors. Until now there has been no research on search features and the appropriate website applied to e-commerce that sells garment. Obviously this makes it difficult for companies to make decisions in terms of search features. Use of the right product to make the experience better and search the right one. In addition, the use of the right product to be implemented on the website makes search engines easier to give recommendations to users.
This research uses interview method, questionnaire, and observation for needfinding. User interface design using parallel prototyping method that is iterative to find a design that suits the needs of users. The prototype designs were tested using usability testing by providing scenarios to respondents to analyze effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction levels.
The results of this study is a standard prototype to find out the product of women's clothing. The effectiveness test yields a 100% value which means all tasks can be completed. The efficiency test results in a time unit of each task performed with 100% relative tax. Then on the satisfaction test using SUS (System Usability Scale) score with value 86.5. Based on this, it is stated that the prototype is feasible and promising to be used in e-commerce websites.
