Abstract
Seiring meningkatnya pengguna internet di Indonesia, beberapa platform online jual beli mobil mulai bermunculan. Dalam mengembangkan platform, peta model bisnis merupakan hal yang penting. Tanpa memiliki peta model bisnis, sulit mengidentifikasi value dan kelebihan kompetitor sehingga sulit dalam membuat strategi untuk berkembang. Namun sampai saat ini belum ada penelitian mengenai peta model bisnis untuk platform online jual beli mobil. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah memetakan model bisnis dari beberapa platform online jual mobil di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Platform Design Toolkit (PDT) untuk memetakan model bisnis sesuai 9 perspektif. Sembilan persepektif tersebut adalah Platform Owner, Stakeholder, Peers, Partners, Transactions, Channel and Context, Services, value Propositions, dan Infrastructure and Core Components. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah peta model bisnis platform online jual beli mobil. Peta model bisnis tersebut diharapkan dapat berguna bagi investor sebagai pertimbangan dalam memilih platform yang mendapatkan modal. Peta model bisnis berguna sebagai acuan ketika hendak mengembangkan model bisnisnya.
=============== Due to the increasing of internet users in Indonesia, some online platform buying and selling cars be founded. To grow the business, business model map is important. Without a business model map it difficult to identify value and advantages of competitors, so it will be difficult in making strategies to grow. But until now, there has been no research of business model maps, especially for online platforms buying and selling cars. Main objective of this research is to map out the business model of several online platform buying and selling cars in Indonesia. This research will use Platform Design Toolkit (PDT) to map business model according to nine perspectives, Platform Owners, Stakeholder, Peers, Partners, Transactions, Channels and Context, Services, Value Propositions, and Infrastructure and Core Components . Output of this research is a map of the online platform buying and selling cars in Indonesia. The business model map is expected to be useful for investors as a reference when deciding to invest on the platform and useful for Platform Owners as a reference when they want to expand their business.
