Abstract
Penutuhan kapal (ship dismantling) di Bangkalan kurang dikelola sesuai regulasi sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan, padahal usaha ini memiliki prospek yang bagus untuk dikembangkan. , Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menyusun Ship Recycling Facility Plan sebagai langkah teknis pengembangan galangan penutuhan kapal konvensional menjadi galangan kapal ramah lingkungan, membuat model bisnis dari pengembangan usaha penutuhan kapal , dan melakukan analisa kelayakan ekonomi dari pengembangan galangan serta usaha penutuhan kapal. Dari hasil analisa didapatkan pembagian 6 zona galangan dengan slipway, teknologi dry ice blasting , pemotongan dengan oxy-asetilen serta material handling yaitu crane dan forklift sebagai teknologi yang dapat diterapkan pada galangan penutuhan kapal. Dengan investasi 29 milyar rupiah dan kenaikan margin sebesar 1,69% dari hasil pengembangan usaha , diperkirakan dapat mengembalikan investasi dalam jangka waktu 2,4 tahun. Internal Rate of Return yaitu 41%, lebih besar dari bunga bank yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 12% sehingga investasi pengembangan galangan dan usaha penutuhan kapal layak dilakukan.

Ship dismantling in Bangkalan is lacking of well management regarding to the regulation , it leads to the potency of environmental pollution, however this business has a fine prospect to be developed. The aims of this final project are to arrange a Ship Recycling Facility Plan as a technical steps that need to be taken in to account in accordance to transform a conventional ship dismantling yard into environmentally sound ship recycling yard, creating a canvas business model for ship dismantling business development, and to define the feasibility of the investment needed to develop the business and yard. From the analysis obtained that the yard need to be divided into 6 zones with slipway, dry ice blasting technology, oxy-acetylene cutting technology , crane and forklift as material handling as technologies that are necessary to improve the yard operation. With the total investment of 29 billion and 1,69% increased margin, the business is estimated to achieve back the investment in 2,4 years. The result of Internal Rate of Return is about 41% that is higher than 12 % defined interest rate. That shows the development of yard and business are feasible to be done.
