Abstract
Di dalam pembangunan sebuah anjungan lepas pantai, salah satu tahapan
pekerjaan yang dilakukan adalah proses loadout. Loadout menurut GL Nobel
Denton Guideline No. 0013/REV7 adalah proses perpindahan bangunan lepas
pantai dari yard ke atas barge dengan menggerakkan struktur secara horizontal
ataupun dengan metode pengangkatan lifting. ). Proses loadout dapat dilakukan
dengan beberapa cara dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor baik geometri
dan berat struktur, maupun ketersediaan peralatan yang dibutuhkan selama proses
loadout. Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) adalah suatu metode
pengambilan keputusan untuk menetapkan alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif
berdasarkan beberapa kriteria tertentu. Salah satu bagian dari Multi Criteria
Decision Making (MCDM) adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil
perhitungan diatas diperoleh prioritas urutan prioritas global yaitu metode Skidding
menjadi prioritas utama dengan bobot 0.409, kemudian metode lifting dengan bobot
0.389 dan metode dolly dengan bobot 0.200.

In the construction of an offshore platform, one of the is the process of
loadout. Loadout is the process of moving an offshore building from yard to top
barge by moving the structure horizontally or by lifting method [1]. The loadout
process can be done in several ways by considering various factors both geometry
and structure weight, as well as the availability of equipment needed during the
loadout process. The Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is a method of
decision making to determine the best alternative from a number of alternatives
based on certain criteria. One part of the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM)
is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). From the results of the calculation
obtained priority global order, the Skidding method is the main priority with a
weight of 0.409, then the Lifting method with a weight of 0.389 and Dolly method
with a weight of 0.200.
