Abstract

Metode beton pracetak adalah proses produksi elemen struktur atau arsitektural bangunan diluar tempat elemen tersebut akan dipasang. Kelebihan dari metode pracetak yaitu dapat dihasilkan mutu yang baik, serta mereduksi waktu pelaksanaan di lapangan. Perencanaan modifikasi struktur yang dilakukan yaitu mengubah jumlah lantai bangunan yang semula 15 lantai menjadi 8 lantai dan 1 lantai atap, serta pada elemen balok dan pelat yang semula dikerjakan dengan cor di tempat menjadi pracetak. Sistem struktur yang digunakan yaitu Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK). Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan SNI 2847:2013 dan SNI 1726:2012. Perhitungan struktur meliputi analisa pembebanan, pemodelan struktur, analisa gaya dalam, perhitungan penulangan, dan pengecekan syarat elemen struktur pracetak. Hasil dari perencanaan struktur meliputi ukuran tebal pelat 13 cm, dimensi balok anak 30/40 cm, dimensi balok induk 40/60, dimensi kolom 60/60 cm. Sambungan antar elemen struktur pracetak menggunakan sambungan basah dan konsol pendek

The precast concrete method is the production process of structural or architectural elements of the building outside where the element will be installed. The advantages of precast method that can be produced good quality and reduce the execution time in the field. Modification of the structure that change the storey of the original building 15 floors into 8 floors and 1 floor of the roof, the elements of the beam and slab that was originally done by cast in place to be precast. The structure system is used the Special Moment Frame System (SRPMK). Structure and earthquake calculations based on SNI 2847: 2013 and SNI 1726: 2012. Structure calculations include loading analysis, structural modeling, internal force analysis, reinforcement calculations, and checking the requirements of precast structural elements. The results of the structural planning include the size of the 13 cm slab thickness, dimensions of the secondary beam 30/40 cm, dimensions of the main beam 40/60, column dimensions 60/60 cm. Connections between precast structural elements using wet connections and short consoles.
