Abstract
Inklusifitas sosial merupakan isu awal yang dibahas dalam desain ini. Dari kajian mengenai target dan domain tentang inklusifitas didapat bahwa hal yang paling krusial yaitu masalah permukiman, dimana hal tersebut merupakan hak setiap individu. Fenomena yang diangkat yaitu permukiman bantaran rel kereta api Stasiun Sidotopo.
Permasalahan desain yang muncul yaitu tentang terbatasnya lahan, privasi hunian serta kondisi lingkungan hunian. Penyelesaian secara arsitektural yang dilakukan yaitu dengan pembuatan desain baru permukiman tersebut dengan lahan yang sangat terbatas. Desain tersebut sebagai salah satu cara untuk menjadikan permukiman tersebut lebih layak dan inklusif bagi penduduk kota.
Dalam menghasilkan desain, menggunakan beberapa tahap yang dipilih berdasarkan pendekatan, yaitu behavioural approach. Tahapan tersebut termasuk dalam 5 tahapan design framework, dan pada tahapan terakhir yaitu eksplorasi desain, menggunkan metoda yang berbeda. Metoda yang dipilih yaitu pattern – based design.
======================================================================== Social inclusion is the early issue which discussed in this design. By studied about the inclusion domain and aim, we got that the crucial problem is about housing settlements, which is the rights of each individual. The phenomenon raised is settlements beside Sidotopo railway station.
Design problems that arise are about the limited land, housing privacy and environmental conditions of dwelling. The architectural solving is done by making the new design of the settlement with very limited land. The design is as one of the ways to make the settlements more feasible and inclusive for urban dwellers.
In the making of design, we use several stages selected based on behavioural approach. That stages are included in the 5 stages of design framework, and the last stage is about design exploration. The design uses pattern – based design method.
