Abstract
Kehidupan perkotaan cenderung membuat masyarakat memiliki tuntuan
hidup yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan masyarakat pedesaan. Pada tahun 2030,
populasi penduduk dunia berada di kota. Akibatnya tuntutan yang tinggi, masyarakat
kota dituntut untuk bekerja keras memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Masyarakat pekerja
di kota-kota besar selalu disibukkan dengan deadline penyelesaian tugas, tuntutan
peran di tempat kerja yang semakin beragam membuat stres menjadi suatu faktor
yang hampir tidak mungkin untuk dihindari.
Stres kerja tidak hanya ditimbulkan karena beban kerja yang berat, namun
juga karena pengaruh lingkungan kerja. Kondisi lingkungan kerja berpengaruh
terhadap kondisi seseorang dalam bekerja karena pekerja menghabiskan 1/3 harinya,
bahkan lebih di kantor. Bahkan menurut BEKRAF, 1/3 pekerja di industri kreatif
mengalami overwork lebih dari 48 jam per minggu. Namun, kondisi dan suasana
lingkungan kerja pada saat ini kurang mendukung / memperhatikan kondisi
kenyamanan dan psikologis pekerja sehingga lingkungan kerja terasa kurang nyaman
untuk dibuat bekerja dan membuat pekerja jenuh, tertekan, hingga rentan stres.
Tujuan dari perancangan ini adalah menawarkan lingkungan kerja yang
membaurkan / menghadirkan alam di dalam lingkungan kerja. Perancangan ini
menerapkan metode arsitektur organik dan beberapa prinsip desain biofilia sehingga
diharapkan nuansa alam dapat dihadirkan secara maksimal ke dalam bangunan dan
bermanfaat untuk mencegah terjadinya stress kerja pada pekerja.

Urban life tends to make urban people have higher life demands than rural.
By 2030, most of the world's population is in the city. As a result of high life
demands, urban society is required to work hard to fulfil their needs. Workers in big
cities are always busy with deadlines of task completion and the diverse of role
demand in the workplace that cause stress into a factor that is almost impossible to
avoid.
Work stress is not only caused by heavy workload, but also because of the
influence of work environment. Work environment conditions affect the condition of
a person in his work because workers spend 1/3 of the day or more of their time in the
office/workplace. Even according to BEKRAF (Badan Ekonomi Kreatif), 1/3 workers
in the creative industry are overworked over 48 hours per week.
However, the condition and working environment nowadays is not
supporting the comfort and psychological need of workers, so that the work
environment feels less comfortable for work and make workers saturated, depressed,
and stress.
The purpose of this design is to offer a work environment that mixes /
presents nature in the work environment. This design apply organic architecture
method and biophilic design principles so that natural nuance can be presented
maximally into the building and useful to prevent work stress.
