Abstract
Proyek Apartemen Taman Melati yang berlokasi di Jl. Mulyorejo Utara No. 201, Surabaya merupakan proyek yang dimiliki oleh PT. Adhi Persada Properti. Proyek ini memiliki 33 lantai termasuk lantai atap dek beton, dengan luas bangunan ±52.332 m2. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pada minggu ke 18 pengerjaan atau pada lantai 6, proyek ini mengalami keterlambatan hingga 4,4% dari target rencana atau terlambat 11 hari, dan dilakukan pergantian kontraktor untuk melaksanakan sisa pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perhitungan waktu dan biaya dari sisa pekerjaan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang telah terjadi. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan didasarkan pada penyusunan alternatif percepatan yang sudah ditentukan, yaitu kerja lembur. Perhitungan ini didasarkan pada teori dan ilmu
dari beberapa referensi serta dikaitkan dengan kondisi lapangan. Dengan menerapkan metode yang sudah ditentukan,
diperoleh durasi pekerjaan selama 48 hari kalender dari target selama 52 hari kalender, selain itu diperoleh biaya pelaksanaan senilai Rp 15.759.817.249,42.

Taman Melati Apartment project located at Jl. Mulyorejo Utara No. 201 Surabaya is a project owned by PT. Adhi Persada Property. The project has 33 floors including a concrete roof deck with building area of ±52.332 m2. In its implementation, at the 18th week of work or on the 6 floor, the project was showing a delay up to 4,4% of the planned target or exactly 11 days of delay. The replacement of the contractor has to carry out the rest of the work. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the time and cost of the remaining work to overcome the delays that have occurred. The calculation of time and cost is based on alternative method that has been determined, ie overtime work. This calculation is based on the theory and calculation method of several references and is associated with field condition. By applying the predetermined method, the duration of work is obtained for 48 calendar days from the target for 52 calendar days, and work cost worth Rp 15.759.817.249,42.
