Abstract
Gedung perhotelan di Surabaya yang didesain adalah Gedung Hotel Namira Syariah Surabaya yang memiliki luas bangunan 19 m x 24 m dan total jumlah lantai yakni 1 lantai semi basement, 9 lantai & 1 lantai atap beton. Struktur semula dari bangunan ini dilakukan dengan metode cor setempat (cast in situ). Dalam tugas akhir terapan ini akan melakukan modifikasi struktur balok, pelat lantai dan tangga dengan menggunakan beton pracetak sedangkan elemen kolom tetap menggunakan cor setempat. Bangunan tersebut dibangun pada kondisi tanah setempat dengan tipe SE (Tanah Lunak) dan dengan memperhatikan ketogori resiko fungsi bangunan tersebut yaitu kategori II. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bangunan tersebut termasuk dalam Kategori Desain Seismik (KDS) D. Dengan pertimbangan tersebut, bangunan dihitung dengan persyaratan sistem struktur SRPMK. Analisis struktur menggunakan sistem SRPMK telah memenuhi persyaratan bangunan tahan gempa sesuai SNI 03-1726-2012 yang meliputi kontrol partisipasi massa, periode fundamental, gaya gempa dasar, dan simpangan antar lantai bangunan. Hasil desain struktur Gedung Hotel Namira Syariah Surabaya meliputi tebal pelat 13 cm dengan tebal pelat pracetak 8 cm dan overtopping 5 cm, dimensi balok induk 50 x 70 cm, dimensi balok anak 30 x 50 cm, dan dimensi kolom 70 x 70 cm. The building that is designed in this final project is a hotel named Namira Syariah Hotel. It has 19m x 24m dimension and consists of 1 semi basement floor, 9 hotel floor and 1 floor of concrete roof. The original structure of the building is done by cast in situ method. This applied final project is done to modify the structure of beams, floor plates and stairs by using precast concrete while the column elements still use the cast in situ method. The building was built on its original soil conditions type, soft soil. And the risk category for the building is category II. So it can be concluded that the building is in Category of Seismic Design (KDS) D. With these considerations, the building is calculated with the requirements of SRPMK structure system.
Structural analysis using SRPMK system has fulfilled the requirements of earthquake resistant building according to SNI 03-1726-2012 which includes mass participation control, fundamental period, earthquake force, and drift inter-story.
The result of Namira Syariah Hotel Surabaya modification are thickness of slab is 13 cm with 8 cm precast and 5 cm overtopping, the dimension of the primary beam (B1) 50 x 70 cm, the dimension of the secondary beam (BA) 30 x 50 cm, and dimension of column 70 x 70 cm.
