Abstract
Q-ball merupakan salah satu kelas dari soliton nontopologi dengan medan skalar kompleks dan distabilkan oleh konservasi muatan, Q. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan kajian dan pemodelan Q-ball pada ruang-waktu (1+1) dimensi. Model ini dapat dikonstruksi berdasarkan analogi model dalam ruang-waktu (3+1) dimensi. Dalam kasus ini, solusi Q-ball dapat diperoleh secara analitik. Mengaplikasikan ansatz sebagai fungsi cosinus hiperbolik, diperoleh solusi Q-ball dengan fitur-fitur yang sama seperti dalam ruang-waktu (3+1) dimensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat solusi, rapat energi, total energi, muatan, stabilitas. Selain itu, juga dibahas interaksi dua Q-ball yang telah didorong oleh transformasi Lorentz.

Q-balls are one type of non-topological soliton with a complex scalar field and their stability is maintain by charge conservation, Q. In this work, we studied Q-balls in (1+1) dimensional spacetime. This model can be constructed based on the analogy of model in (3+1) dimensional spacetime. In this case, Q-balls be analytically studied. We applied ansatz of solution as hyperbolic cosine function. We obtained the solutions and the features are similar to Q-balls in (3+1) dimensional. The results are solution, energy density, charge, and their stability. Furthermore, we also studied interaction of two Q-balls.
