Abstract

Telah dilakukan rancang bangun sistem monitoring kadar garam pada tangki storage, temperatur outlet heat exchanger , level saturated vapor tank dan pH pada tangki produk mini desalination water plant bertujuan untuk pemantauan sekaligus penyimpanan data didalam sdcard dari keempat variabel proses. Pada sistem monitoring kadar garam menggunakan sensor kadar garam/ konduktivitas / tds,mempunyai tegangan keluaran ADC 1023 ADC, pada temperatur menggunakan alat ukur sensor termokopel baut tipe K range pengukuran 0-400oC dengan pengkondisian sinyal MAX6675, pada level menggunakan sensor level non contact dilengkapi dengan sebuah chip XKC-Y25-T12V, dan pada pH menggunakan sensor PH meter sen 0161 dengan range pengukuran 0-14. Monitoring menggunakan PC sebagai visualisasi data HMI menggunakan visual studio sebagai interface menggunakan MMC sebagai penyimpanan data dan RTC Ds1037 digunakan untuk mendapatkan data berupa informasi waktu. Pada penyimpanan menggunakan micro sdcard berkapasitas 4Gb yang berdasarkan uji coba running selama 1 jam membutuhkan 0,000262Mb sehingga microsdcard dapat digunakan selama kurang lebih 1651 tahun.

The design of salt monitoring system in storage tanks, outlet heat exchanger temperature, saturated vapor tank level and pH of mini desalination water plant tank is aimed at monitoring and storing data in sdcard of four process variables. In the salinity monitoring system using salt / conductivity / tds sensor, it has an ADC 1023 ADC output voltage, at a temperature using a K-type thermocouple sensor gauge range of 0-400°C with MAX6675 signal conditioning, at level using non-contact level sensor equipped with an XKC-Y25-T12V chip, and at pH using PH sensor sen 0161 with a range of 0-14 measurements. Monitoring using the PC as a visualization of HMI data using visual studio as an interface using MMC as data storage and RTC Ds1037 is used to obtain data in the form of time information. In storage using micro sdcard capacity 4Gb based on trial run for 1 hour requires 0.000262Mb so that microsdcard can be used for approximately 1651 years.
