Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan sistem informasi saat ini, memunculkan ide inovasi di bidang manajemen proyek. Dalam perkembangan industri Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) di Indonesia, diperlukan suatu sistem yang mengakomodir informasi kepada seluruh stakeholders sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan.
Pembuatan sistem informasi manajemen proyek menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall. Langkah awal pembentukan sistem dilakukan dengan identifikasi kebutuhan informasi pada obyek penelitian. Data yang diperoleh berupa Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) dan Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) perusahaan serta detil stakeholder yang berperan
selama proyek berlangsung. Selanjutnya, dibentuk desain yang diharapkan terhadap kebutuhan informasi kemajuan proyek oleh pengguna.
Laporan kemajuan proyek yang dibentuk pada sistem informasi ini menggunakan pendekatan Earn Value Analysis (EVA) dengan mempertimbangkan biaya dan jadwal
pekerjaan serta indeks produktivitas kinerja pekerja. Selain itu kemajuan proyek dibentuk dengan membandingkan rencana dan realisasi pekerjaan yang telah diproyeksikan sejak awal pengerjaan proyek.
Sistem yang dihasilkan memberikan informasi kemajuan terhadap pekerjaan yang terbaharui tiap waktunya melalui halaman dashboard yang dimasukkan oleh para pengguna. Langkah pembuatan laporan pada sistem ini bermulai dari pembuatan proyek yang sedang berlangsung kemudian pembuatan detil pekerjaan pada masing-masing
departemen. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah oleh project control untuk memberikan informasi terhadap top manajemen atas status kemajuan proyek. Pembentukan sistem
informasi ini dapat disimpan dan diakses online oleh seluruh pengguna yang telah diklasifikasikan pada sistem kemajuan proyek. Informasi tersebut dapat diintegrasikan
antara top manajemen untuk mengambil suatu keputusan terhadap proyek yang sedang berlangsung. Sistem yang telah dibuat kemudian dilakukan penilaian kualitas dengan metode Webqual 4.0. Hasil yang diperoleh instrumen sistem komunikasi antar pengguna menjadi prioritas utama yang harus ditingkatkan, karena pada hasil penilaian mendapatkan presentase terendah sebesar 70%. =================================================================================================
At the time, development of technology and system information provide an idea in project management information system. One of industrial which growing up in Indonesia
is Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC), in this case required a system to facilitate between all stakeholders to improve their performance.
In this research, approach with system development life cycle (SDLC) with waterfall model. The first step in this method is identification of need for information on
the object research. Data obtained in the form of Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) companies which detailed of all stakeholders who responsibility during the project. Furthermore, the expectation model design according list
of need information progress by the users.
Progress report on the project that was created approach using earn value analysis (EVA) system which considered cost and schedule of work as well as a productivity
performance index of workers. In addition, project progress was formed by comparing between plans and realization of work which has projected since of the beginning of the project.
The result on the system was provides information of progress every time through on the dashboard page input by the user. The first step of making a report on the system, started which input the project name and then step over to make the detailed work in each department or discipline in project. The data obtained were then processed by the project control team to provide information of progress project status against the top management.
The establishment of information system can be stored and accessed online by all user who have been classified in the system. That information can be integrated between the top management to take a decision against the ongoing project.
A system has been created then performed quality assessment by Webqual 4.0 method. The results of the survey, instrument communication system between user was a main priority that should be improved because on the result that item is the lowest percentage of assessment amounting to 70%.
