Abstract

Dalam konstruksi bangunan gedung dengan banyaknya volume beton yang digunakan tidak mungkin dilakukan satu kali pengecoran. Proses pengecoran yang dilakukan berulang kali maka, diperlukan pengawasan dan pengendalian proses untuk menjamin kualitas. Penyimpangan mutu beton di suatau proyek konstruksi dapat menambah besar biaya non perfomence dan waktu. Penelitian ini menganalisa bagaimana variabilitas dan tren mutu beton yang terjadi selama pembangunan proyek tersebut.
Analisa ini ditinjau dari objek pembangunan apartement Biz Square tower A yang memiliki ketinggian 15 lantai. Pada penelitian ini tools yang digunakan adalah tools yang ada pada metode Statistical Procces Control (SPC). Mengaplikasikan metode SPC pada pengendalian kualitas kontrol produksi bangunan gedung khususnya mutu beton. Desain penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif, yang mana sample diambil dari data dokumen inspeksi proses produksi milik bagian teknik dan mutu kontraktor pelaksanan PT. Tata Bumi Raya.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis variabilitas kuat tekan proses tergolong baik karena menghasilkan kekuatan beton yang relatif seragam. Berdasarkan evaluasi mutu beton sesuai SNI 03-2847-2002 tentang Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan Gedung, bahwa mutu beton pada Proyek Apartment Biz Square di kota surabaya bisa dikategorikan memenuhi syarat atau diterima sebagai beton fc 24.06 MPa atau setara K 300.===========================================
The construction the volume of concrete used is not possible one casting. The process of casting done repeatedly, it is necessary to supervise and control the process to ensure the quality. The deviation of concrete quality in a construction project can increase the cost of non perfomence and time. This study analyzes how the variability and quality trend of concrete that occurred during the construction of the project.
This analysis is viewed from the object of development of Biz Square tower A apartment which has a height of 15 floors. In this study tools used are tools that exist in the method of Statistical procces control (SPC). Applying SPC method on controlling the quality control of building production, especially the quality of concrete. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative, in which sample is taken from the data of inspection document of production process belonging to technical part and quality of contractor of PT. Tata Bumi Raya.
Based on the results of variability analysis of compressive strength of the process is quite good because it produces a relatively uniform strength of concrete. Based on concrete quality evaluation in accordance with SNI 03-2847-2002 on Procedure of Calculation of Concrete Structure for Building Building, that concrete quality at Apartment Biz Square Project in surabaya city can be categorized as qualified or accepted as concrete fc 24.06 MPa or equivalent K 300.
