Abstract
Trend industri konstruksi di Indonesia saat ini adalah semakin meningkatnya kompetisi nasional maupun internasional seiring dengan pesatnya pembangunan. Dalam dunia konstruksi yang sangat kompetitif dan dunia konstruksi di Indonesia yang padat karya, kinerja dengan tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan keuntungan serta menghasilkan produk yang kompetitif. Produktivitas merupakan salah satu faktor mendasar yang mempengaruhi dalam hal profit, kualitas dan waktu. Kontraktor yang tidak mempersiapkan diri untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerjanya maka akan menemui kesulitan dalam bersaing. Sehingga diperlukan sekali adanya pengukuran produktivitas konstruksi secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan model penilaian produktivitas pada proyek konstruksi.
Penelitian ini menggunakan implementasi model dengan obyek penelitiannya adalah kontraktor besar dan menengah di Indonesia. Penentuan variabel penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literatur secara mendalam. Untuk pembobotan variabel dilakukan dengan pairwise comparison berdasarkan wawancara dengan experts. Analisis data dilakukan setelah semua kuesioner dan hasil wawancara berhasil dikumpulkan. Representasi hasil dalam bentuk spider web. Model penilaian produktivitas proyek konstruksi (PPK) terbagi menjadi dua kategori yaitu internal yang terdiri dari management dan human, serta kategori external.
Bobot untuk Penilaian Produktivitas Proyek (PPK) pada tingkat internal adalah 73,8% pada tingkat external 26,2%. Pada tingkat internal terdapat 2 kategori yaitu kategori management 39,38% dan kategori human 34,42%. Hasil implementasi tujuh proyek konstruksi gedung baik proyek BUMN maupun swasta di Indonesia dengan produktivitas tertinggi yaitu kategori human dan yang terendah pada kategori external dengan skor PPK total yaitu 3,4 berada pada level 3 yaitu cukup produktif. =====================================================================================================
The current trend in the construction industry in Indonesia is the growing international and national competition in line with the rapid development. In the highly competitive world of construction and labor-intensive construction in Indonesia, high productivity performance can increase profits and produce competitive products. Productivity is one of the fundamental factors that affect in terms of corporate profits, quality and time. Construction projects who are not prepared to improve their work productivity will find it difficult to compete. So it is necessary that the measurement of the productivity of construction services as a whole. This study aims to propose productivity assessment models to contruction proects.
This study uses mdel implementation with the object of research is large and medium contractor in Indonesia. The determination of research variables was done by studying the literature in depth. For weighting variables done with pairwise comparison based on interviews with experts. Data analysis was performed after all questionnaires and interview results were collected. Representation of results in the form of a web spider. The model of productivity assessment of construction projects (PPK) is divided into two categories: internal that consists of management and human, and external category.
The weight for the Project Productivity Assessment (PPK) at the internal level is 73.8% at the external level of 26.2%. At the internal level there are 2 categories: management category 39.38% and human category 34.42%. The results of the implementation of seven building projects both state-owned and private projects in Indonesia with the highest productivity of the category of human and the lowest in the external category with a total K score of 3.4 is at level 3 is quite productive.
