Abstract
Penerapan teknologi pada industri mulai berkembang dengan pesat. Salah satunya dalam proses pemilihan barang atau produk tertentu untuk dipasarkan maupun disimpan. Untuk medapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi diperlukan sebuah sistem beteknologi canggih atau dapat disebut dengan sistem otomatis untuk memilah produk sesuai yang diingiinkan agar hasil produksi meningkat dan mengurangi kesalahan pemilhan. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuat Automation Sorting Line System menggunakan pendeteksi barcode. Dalam proses pemilihan produk akan dipilah berdasarkan barcode yang ada pada setiap produk. Dalam prosesnya sistem berteknologi ini akan membaca barcode pada produk setelah itu akan memilah sesuai dengan kode tersebut. Sistem ini mengurangi kekeliruan yang diakibatkan pemilahan secara manual oleh manusia. Dari hasil implementasi alat bekerja sesuai dengan apa yang dikehendaki yaitu memilah produk menggunakan barcode dan langsung menempatkan pada tempat yang sesuai dengan kode tersebut.

Application of technology in the industry began to grow rapidly. One of them in the process of selecting certain goods or products for marketed and stored. To obtain maximum results and high level of accuracy required a technologically advanced system or can be called with an automated system to sort the desired product according to increase production yield and reduce errors election. In this final project created Automation Sorting Line System using barcode detection. In product selection process will be sorted according to barcode that exist in each product. In the process this technological system will read the barcode on the product after it will sort out according to the code. This system reduces errors caused by manual sorting by humans. From the results of the implementation of the tool works in accordance with what is desired is to sort the product using a barcode and immediately put in place according to the code.
