Abstract
PT. PJB Unit Pembangkitan Gresik atau disingkat PT. PJB UP Gresik merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembangkitan listrik yang mempunyai peran menghasilkan energi listrik dan menyalurkan ke berbagai daerah dimulai dari Pulau Jawa, Pulau Madura, sampai Pulau Bali. Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas & Uap (PLTGU) adalah salah satu jenis pembangkit yang ada di PT. PJB UP Gresik. Pembangkit tersebut memiliki tiga blok yang mana setiap blok memiliki tiga turbin gas dan satu turbin uap.
Salah satu jenis komponen yang ada pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas & Uap (PLTGU) adalah Low Pressure Boiler Feed Pump. Komponen ini berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan air demin (demineralized water) dari deaerator menuju HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator). Untuk bisa mendistribusikan air demin sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses produksi, maka diperlukan kriteria pemilihan pompa yang tepat.
Pada penulisan Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan beberapa perhitungan ulang instalasi Low Pressure Boiler Feed Pump yang pada akhirnya digunakan sebagai kriteria pemilihan pompa yaitu kapasitas operasi tertinggi sebesar 83,34 m3/h dengan head efektif instalasi sebesar 138,109 m, serta didapatkan NPSHA sebesar 22,4834 m. Sehingga dari hasil beberapa perhitungan tersebut, maka dapat dipilih pompa sentrifugal single stage buatan Ensival Moret serial no. CN80-32 dengan jenis low- speed impeller.

is used as criteria of pump selection that is the
highest ope rating capacity equal to 83,34 m3 / h with effective head of installation equal to 138,109 m, and has got NPSH A equal to 22,4834 m . So from that results, it can be selected single stage
centrifugal pump made by Ensival Moret serial no. CN80
-32 with low-speed impeller type.
