Abstract

Telah dilakukan perancangan Human Machine Interface Pada Tugas Akhir ini. Sistem Human Machine Interface diaplikasikan pada sebuah Mini Plant Heat Exchanger untuk menghasilkan pengontrolan mesin yang akurat dan pemonitoran mesin yang kontinu. Pada program Human Machine Interface dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio VB.NET 2015, dengan menggunakan modul komunikasi USB to UART FT4232 sebagai modul menjembatani antara Program Human Machine Interface dengan Local Control Unit. Untuk menyimpan data yang termonitoring digunakan penyimpanan basis data online yang berfungsi seperti logger. Human Machine Interface memiliki 4 fitur utama yaitu sistem pengawasan, pengontrolan, alarm dan database. Pada pengujian pengontrolan Human Machine Interface dapat mengontrol plant dengan rasio keberhasilan 90%. Pada pengujian terdapat 42 data yang disimpan selama 1 detik Adanya jeda perbedaan waktu penyimpanan data variabel proses dan data nilai aktuator dikarenakan adanya faktor lain yaitu faktor media transmisi, koneksi internet, program Human Machine Interface dan respon sistem aktuator itu sendiri.

The Human Machine Interface system is applied to a Mini Plant Heat Exchanger to produce accurate engine control and continuous monitoring of machines. The Human Machine Interface program is designed using Microsoft Visual Studio VB.NET 2015, using a USB communication module to UART FT4232 as a bridging module between the Human Machine Interface Program and the Local Control Unit. To store monitoring data used online storage database that functions like a logger. HMI has 4 main features of surveillance system, controlling, alarm and database. In testing HMI control can control the plant with a success ratio of 90%. In the test there are 42 data stored for 1 second The existence of time interval difference data storage process variable and actuator value data due to other factors that are media transmission factor, internet connection, Human Machine Interface program and actuator system response itself.
