Abstract

Penggunaan industrial robot codian dengan gerakan berkecepatan tinggi pada Robotic Pouch Case Packer dapat menimbulkan potensi kecelakaan kerja yang berbahaya di area tersebut ketika mesin sedang beroperasi. Salah satu upaya untuk menghindari timbulnya kecelakaan kerja pada area industrial robot codian adalah dengan memasang safety door sebagai pembatas interaksi antara area berbahaya tersebut dengan manusia. Namun, safety door masih memerlukan komponen penunjang untuk mengerjakan fungsinya dalam menjaga pintu tetap tertutup ketika mesin sedang beroperasi. Guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 adalah komponen pengunci pintu dengan tipe power-to-lock, dimana komponen ini akan mengunci pintu selama mesin masih beroperasi. Guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 dapat digunakan untuk mengunci safety door di area industrial robot codian. Operator dapat mengontrol pengoperasian mesin dengan menghubungkan guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 sebagai input pada Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Sehingga kondisi terbuka atau tertutupnya safety door dapat mempengaruhi operasi sistem dengan mencegah mesin beroperasi saat safety door belum ditutup dan mengunci safety door selama mesin beroperasi. Dari penggunaan guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 untuk safety door ini diperoleh nilai safety reaction time untuk menonaktifkan penguncian pada safety door contact setelah emergency stop button ditekan adalah 0,11625 s, dimana nilai ini telah memenuhi standar maksimum yang diperlukan oleh mesin yaitu sebesar kurang dari 1 s. ============================================================ The high-speed movement of industrial robot codian on the Robotic Pouch Case Packer can lead to potential dangerous workplace accidents in the area when the machine is in operation. One possible effort to avoid the occurrence of accidents in industrial robot codian area is by installing a safety door to limit the interaction between dangerous engine areas with humans. However, the safety door still requires supporting components to do its function in keeping the door closed while the machine is operating. Guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 is a guardlocking interlock component with a power-to-lock type, in which it will lock the door while the machine is operating. Guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 can be used to lock the safety door in the industrial robot codian area. The operator is able to control the operation of the machine by connecting the guardlocking switches as inputs to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). So that the open or closed condition of the safety door will affect the operation of the system by preventing the engine to operate when the safety door has not been closed and lock the safety door while the machine is operating. From the use of guardlocking switches TLS2-GD2 for safety door is obtained value of safety reaction time to disable the locking on the safety door contact after the emergency stop button is pressed is 0.11625 s, in which this value has met the maximum standards required by the machine that is less than 1 s.
