Abstract
Pengendalian persediaan adalah pengendalian biaya keseluruhan yang terkait persediaan dengan mempertimbangkan persediaan sekecil mungkin tanpa menimbulkan masalah. Pada perkembangannya, pengendalian dan pemeliharaan persediaan produk yang memburuk telah menarik banyak perhatian dalam bidang analisis inventori karena kebanyakan produk akan memburuk dari waktu ke waktu. Pada penelitian ini, permasalahan inventori berupa perawatan produk dengan memperhatikan banyaknya kerusakan produk dan tingkat diskon, tetap menjadi bahasan utama seperti penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, selain itu faktor pajak emisi dan investasi R&D pada teknologi yang usang diperhatikan sehingga fungsi dari biaya total akan berubah pula. Digunakan Prinsip Maksimum Pontryagin untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan kontrol optimal dan diperoleh syarat batas dari variabel kontrol sehingga banyaknya inventori, proporsi produk baik, teknologi usang, produk yang terjadwal, produk yang diberi perawatan dan investasi pengembangan teknologi mendekati atau menuju yang ditargetkan. Dari hasil tersebut berpengaruh terhadap biaya total dimana biaya total semakin minimum ketika keseluruhan mendekati atau menuju yang ditargetkan.===========================================================================Inventory control is the overall inventory-related cost control taking into account the smallest possible inventory without causing any problems. In its development, the control and maintenance of production inventories of deteriorating items has attracted much attention in the field of inventory analysis as most production goods will deteriorate over time. In this thesis, inventory problems in the form of production-maintenance system with deteriorating items and discount rate, remain the main discussion such as previous studies, besides the emission tax factor and pollution R & D investment on obsolete technology rate are considered so the function of total costs will be change. Pontryagin's Maximum Principle was used to solve the optimal control problem and obtain the boundary conditions of the control variable so that the inventory level, proportion of good unit rate, the environment obsolescence rate of technology,the schedule production rate, the preventive maintenance rate and the pollution R&D investment are approaching or towards the goal rate. From these results affect the total cost where the total cost is increasingly minimum when the whole approaches or towards the goal rate
