Abstract

Akses dan monitoring SDM yang ada di galangan kapal masih menggunakan sistem konvensional seperti fingerprint. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisa penerapan sistem akses dan monitoring di industri galangan kapal untuk meningkatkan kinerja SDM. Pertama, dilakukan observasi mengenai akses dan monitoring sumber daya manusia yang ada di galangan kapal, diambil sebagai sampel adalah PT. Dok dan Perkapalan Surabaya (persero). Kedua, dilakukan analisa teknis dan ekonomis setiap alternatif sistem dan melakukan analisa pemilihan sistem dengan menggunakan tabel perhitungan matriks pairways comparison. Ketiga, menganalisa penerapan sistem akses dan monitoring SDM untuk meningkatkan kinerja industri kapal. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengukuran terhadap parameter yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja SDM ketika menerapkan sistem akses dan monitoring. Setiap karyawan akan mendapatkan akses di galangan kapal mulai dari gerbang utama hingga menuju area kerja. Sistem akses yang akan diterapkan adalah sistem Nchecked Biometric Attendance dengan penambahan fitur CCTV dan kartu Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). Monitoring yang diterapkan adalah teknologi CCTV untuk diletakkan di area kantor dan LastViewActivity. Biaya investasi awal dalam penerapan sistem ini sebesar Rp464.511.980, dan layak untuk diterapkan berdasarkan nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 2,03 atau lebih untung 200% dari investasi awal dan nilai Return On Investment (ROI) sebesar Rp107.072.634. Penerapan sistem akses dan monitoring ini akan diterapkan dengan pembagian zona area kerja yang diantaranya area kerja kantor, workshop, dan lapangan terbuka. Penilaian kinerja karyawan sebelum menggunakan sistem sebesar 57,95% dan setelah menerapkan sistem akses dan monitoring kinerja karyawan dapat meningkat sebesar 84,05% dari total keseluruhan parameter.

In the shipyard, Access and monitoring of human resources still use conventional system such as fingerprint. Third, analyze the implementation of human resource access and monitoring system to improve ship industry performance. Furthermore, measurement of parameters that can improve the performance of human resources when implementing the system access and monitoring. Each employee will gain access at the shipyard from the main gate to the work area. Access system that will be applied is Nchecked Biometric Attendance system with the addition of CCTV feature and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card. Monitoring applied is CCTV technology to be placed in office area and LastViewActivity. The initial investment cost in the implementation of this system is Rp464,511,980, and is feasible to apply based on Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) value of 2.03 or more profit 200% from initial investment and Return On Investment (ROI) is Rp107,072,634. Implementation of the access and monitoring system will be applied with the division of work zone zone, among others office work area, workshop, and open field. Assessment of employee performance before using the system of 57.95% and after applying the system access and monitoring employee performance can increase by 84.05% of the total parameters.
