Abstract

Proses monitoring dimensi pada proses pembangunan kapal baru saat ini belum dilaksanakan secara sistematis dan terintegrasi. Hasil proses monitoring dimensi pembangunan kapal baru masih disimpan dalam lemari dan folder-folder komputer secara terpisah. Proses pemeriksaan belum didukung dengan sistem yang mempermudah pihak lapangan (Produksi, QC) dalam mereview dan mengevaluasi hasil monitoring. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis android dalam membantu pelaksanaan monitoring dimensi pada pembangunan kapal baru sesuai Standar Internasional. Pertama, dilakukan observasi sistem monitoring dimensi di galangan kapal, diambil sampel adalah galangan PT. Lamongan Marine Industry. Kedua, ditentukan parameter-parameter yang diperlukan dalam aplikasi monitoring dimensi. Ketiga, dilakukan perancangan aplikasi monitoring dimensi berdasarkan parameter-parameter aplikasi. Parameter-parameter di dalam aplikasi diidentifikasi selama tahapan proses pembangunan kapal. Software yang digunakan yaitu web-server Nginx, database server MySQL, dan web-service Json. Aplikasi berbasis android yang dirancang dapat membantu pelaksanaan monitoring dimensi, evaluasi dan review. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam perancangan aplikasi berupa prosentase controlled process dan accuracies process pada masing-masing proses produksi. Setelah aplikasi dibuat, dilakukan uji perbandingan sistem dan uji coba aplikasi, didapatkan hasil aplikasi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan sistem eksisting, dengan keunggulan pada proses planning, item yang akan diperiksa dapat disajikan lebih detail dan dapat langsung diterapkan, selanjutnya untuk proses do dan control dapat dilakukan dengan efisien karena proses pencatatan data dan evaluasi menggunakan device sehingga pemrosesan data dilakukan dengan cepat.

Secondly, parameters are defined in the dimensional monitoring application. Thirdly, designing android -base application based on application parameters. The parameters in the application are identified during the ship building process phase. Software used in this application is web-server Nginx, MySQL database server, and web-service Json. Android-based applications designed to support the implementation of monitoring dimensions, evaluation and review. The results obtained in the design of applications in the form of percentage controlled process and accuracies process in each production process. After the application is made, the system comparison test and application test is done, the result of the application is better than the existing system, with the advantage of planning process, the items to be examined can be presented more detail and can be directly applied, then for the process of do and control can be done with efficient because the process of recording data and evaluation using the device so that data processing is done quickly.
