Abstract
Meningkatnya industri pembangunan konstruksi di Indonesia membuat
perusahaan konstruksi semakin meruncing. Industri konstruksi merupakan industri
yang kompleks dan unik, karena lokasi kerjanya yang tidak tetap, kegiatan yang
sangat banyak serta dibentuknya tim kerja yang dinamis. Dengan adanya AFTA (
ASEAN Free Trade Area ) 2015, perusahaan dituntut mampu menghasilkan barang
atau jasa yang berdaya saing tinggi. Pengembangan industri konstruksi nasional yang
berdaya saing tinggi dapat dilakukan dengan menilai kinerja dari jasa konstruksi
Tuntutan perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja proyek adalah sebuah
keharusan untuk menghindari ancaman kegagalan sebagaimana banyak terjadi pada
industri konstruksi di Sidoarjo-Surabaya. Disamping itu peran dari tim proyek untuk
mendapatkan kinerja proyek yang sesuai target merupakan salah satu bentuk dari
peningkatan value perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan pengetahuan,
pembelajaran organisasi, berbagi pengetahuan, tim proyek dan kinerja proyek.
Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan konstruksi baja di Sidoarjo-Surabaya.
Keseluruhan sampel yang terkumpul sebanyak 160 dan diolah dengan menggunakan
SEM-AMOS 21.0 . Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan sebuah hasil bahwa dengan
variabel langsung dan tidak langsung memiliki peran yang mampu mempengaruhi
dalam pembentukan tim proyek untuk kinerja proyek yang diinginkan. Variabel
tersebut diantaranya adalah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepemimpinan
pengetahuan, pembelajaran organisasi, berbagi pengetahuan, tim proyek dan kinerja
proyek

The increasing of construction industry in Indonesia made the competition of it become
more pointed. The construction industry is a complex and unique industry, because its location is
not fixed, and also it has so many activities which need dynamic work teams. With the AFTA
(ASEAN Free Trade Area) in 2015, the company is required to produce goods or services that
are highly competitive. Development of the national construction industry is highly competitive
that can be done by assessing the performance of construction services.
Demands the company to keep improve on the performance of the project is a must to
avoid the threat of failure, as many occur in the construction industry in Sidoarjo and Surabaya.
Besides that, the role of the project team to obtain appropriate project performance targets is one
form of the increasing of value of the company. The aims of this study is to determine the effect
of transformational leadership styles, leadership knowledge, organizational learning, knowledge
sharing, the project team and project performance.
This research was conducted in the steel construction company in Sidoarjo - Surabaya.
Overall a total of 160 samples were collected and were processed using SEM-AMOS 21.0. The
result of this study indicate that the direct and indirect variables have a role that is capable to
influence the formation of the project team for the desired project performance. These variables
include transformational leadership styles, leadership knowledge, organizational learning,
knowledge sharing, the project team and project performance.
