Abstract

Peluang distribusi Binomial akan tepat digunakan jika sejumlah individu pengamatan biner dapat membuat proporsi pengamatan menjadi dependent dan bernilai sama. Tetapi, terkadang individu pengamatan biner mempunyai nilai proporsi yang berbeda pada individu yang sama dalam kelompok yang lain. Seperti banyak yang terjadi pada perusahaan yang menggunakan shif untuk waktu kerja karyawannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis kapabilitas proses berdasarkan distribusi Beta Binomial. Pada hasil pengujian 3 proporsi didapatkan hasil bahwa proporsi produk cacat pada shif 1, shif 2, dan shif 3 berbeda secara signifikan. Pada hasil analisis peta kendali p proses tidak terkendali sehingga analisis kapabilitas proses dilakukan hanya untuk mengetahui nilai persen cacat dan PPM defektif dan dapat dikatakan proses tidak kapabel. Pada hasil analisis peta kendali berbasis distribusi Beta Binomial diketahui bahwa proses telah terkendali secara statistik sehingga analisis kapabilitas proses dapat dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kapabilitas, diketahui bahwa proses sudah baik atau sudah sesuai dengan standar kualitas dilihat dari nilai z. Berdasarkan nilai indeks kapabilitas, didapatkan nilai Pp sebesar 14,20 artinya lebar proses lebih kecil daripada lebar spesifikasi sedangkan nilai Ppk sebesar 5,60 artinya semua proporsi produk cacat berada dalam batas spesifikasi. ================================================================================================== Binomial distribution opportunities will be appropriately used if the number of observations of binary individuals can make observations proportions become dependent and of equal value. The purpose of this study was to determine the process capability analysis based Beta Binomial distribution . In the third test results showed that the proportion proportion of defective products on shif 1, shif 2, and 3 shif differ significantly. On the results of the control chart analysis p uncontrolled process so that process capability analysis is done only to determine the value of percent defective and defective PPM and can say the process is not capable. On the results of the analysis of a control chart based Beta Binomial distribution is known that the process has been controlled so that the statistical analysis of process capability can be done. Based on the analysis capability, that process is already well known, or are in accordance with the quality standards seen from the value of z. Based on the capability index, a score of 14.20 Pp means a process width smaller than the width of the specification while Ppk value of 5.60 means that all of the proportion of defective products is within the specification limits.
