Abstract
Jalan Harun Thohir di Kecamatan Gresik, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur adalah salah satu akses menuju kawasan Pelabuhan Gresik dengan kelas jalan kabupaten. Jalan sepanjang kurang lebih 1,2 km ini mengalami kerusakan berupa jalan yang bergelombang, berlubang, dan konstruksi beton yang hancur. Kerusakan-kerusakan ini ditengarai disebabkan oleh muatan berlebih dari kendaraan yang melalui jalan tersebut, yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal. Kerusakan-kerusakan ini menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan bagi pengendara dan masyarakat sekitar, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan konstruksi perkerasan jalan. Sebab idealnya, suatu lapisan perkerasan menyediakan permukaan yang tetap rata, agar kendaraan dapat berjalan dan memperoleh kenyamanan yang cukup dalam berkendara. Saat ini, jalan menggunakan perkerasan kaku dan ingin dilakukan perencanaan perbaikan kerusakan perkerasan jalan dengan membandingkan penggunaan perkerasan lentur, perkerasan kaku, dan perkerasan paving block pada seksi yang sama. Perencanaan tebal struktur perkerasan lentur menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017 dengan usia rencana 20 tahun. Perencanaan tebal struktur perkerasan kaku menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017 dengan usia rencana 40 tahun. Sedangkan perencanaan tebal struktur perkerasan paving block menggunakan metode modifikasi perkerasan lentur, metode australian empiris, dan mechanistic design dengan usia rencana 20 tahun. Dalam perencanaan perbaikan kerusakan perkerasan jalan ini hanya digunakan satu jenis data, yaitu data sekunder. Data sekunder berupa data jumlah penduduk, data PDRB, data PDRB per kapita, data lalu lintas, data curah hujan, dan data HSPK. Data-data tersebut diolah kemudian dilakukan analisis. Terdapat beberapa hal yang akan dianalisis dalam Tugas Akhir ini. Pertama, dilakukan peninjauan karakteristik lalu lintas pada saat ini dan pada umur rencana. Kemudian, dilakukan perencanaan tebal struktur perkerasan jalan. Setelah merencanakan tebal struktur, dilakukan pula analisis biaya. Terakhir, dipilih jenis perkerasan jalan yang paling sesuai ditinjau dari segi biaya konstruksi dan pemeliharaan. Berdasarkan hal di atas, diperoleh hasil perkerasan kaku sebagai perbaikan kerusakan perkerasan jalan di Jalan Harun Thohir, Kecamatan Gresik, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur, dengan tebal lapis drainase 15 cm, lapis pondasi LMC 10 cm, dan tebal pelat beton 30,5 cm.

Harun Thohir Road, Gresik Sub Distric, Gresik Regency, East Java, is one of many accesses towards Gresik Port Area and classified as regency road. This road is 1,2 km in length. There are some damages occurred in Harun Thohir Road such as bumpy surfaces, potholes, and cracked concrete. These damages are caused by overloaded vehicles which are not compatible with the initial design. These damages are causing inconvenience for the road user and local citizen; thus, it is considered necessary for the pavement construction repair to be done. This consideration is supported by the fact that a pavement must provide a flat surface in order to keep its function and also ensure the safety of the road user. At the moment, the existing road is made of rigid pavement. This Final Project is to design the repairment of the road pavement damages by comparing the application of flexible pavement, rigid pavement, and concrete block pavement on the similar section. Design of the flexible pavement thickness is based on Bina Marga 2017 method with 20 years design life. Design of the rigid pavement thickness is based on Bina Marga 2017 method with a 40 years design life. On the contrary, design of the concrete block pavement thickness is based on flexible pavement modification method, australian empirical method, and mechanistic design with 20 years design life. In this design of pavement damages repair, there is only one type of data, which is secondary data. This secondary data is including the number of the citizen, GRDP, per-capita GRDP, traffic data, precipitation data, and HSPK. These data are to be processed and analyzed. There are some particular steps to be done. The first step is traffic characteristic observation on existing condition and on the design life condition. The next step is pavement thickness design. After designing the pavement thickness, proceed to the cost analysis. The last step is to determine the most suitable pavement type based on construction cost and maintenance. The result of this design is rigid pavement as the pavement damages repair of Harun Thohir Road, Gresik Sub Distric, Gresik Regency, East Java, with drainage layer is 15 cm in thickness, LMC foundation is 10 cm in thickness, and concrete slab is 30,5 cm in thickness.
