Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah (MA) merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang setara dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA), dengan perbedaan pembelajaran keagamaan yang lebih intensif. Dari data statistik Pendis Kemenag, diketahui bahwa pada keseluruhan jenjang, baik RA, MI, MTs, dan MA, yang memiliki akreditasi A hanya dibawah 10%. Ini artinya bahwa manajemen dan pengelolaan madrasah selama ini masih perlu ditingkatkan. Salah satu implementasi manajemen madrasah adalah perencanaan program kerja. Perencanaan program kerja ini akan dilakukan di lembaga madrasah MA Kartayuda Plus. Selama ini perencanaan program kerja MA Kartayuda Plus dilakukan berdasarkan agenda rutinitas tahunan, agenda insidentil, dan agenda taktis jangka pendek, dengan tidak disertai perencanaan strategi dan harapan/capaian jangka panjang. Pada penelitian ini, program kerja dirumuskan berdasarkan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kondisi internal dan eksternal MA Kartayuda Plus dari segi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, serta prioritas strategi. Kemudian dilakukan pembobotan pada faktor internal (IFE) dan faktor eksternal (EFE) untuk mengetahui posisi MA dalam kuadran SWOT Maps, yaitu pada kuadran I, sehingga prioritas strateginya adalah strategi S-O yang terdefinisikan sejumlah 18 strategi. Dari ke-18 strategi tersebut dilakukan inisiasi program kerja untuk tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Program kerja yang dicanangkan sejumlah 42 program kerja yang dibagi sesuai struktur organisasi MA. Program kerja tersebut diantaranya: sosialisasi perguruan tinggi dan dunia kerja, pembimbingan intensif UN dan UM PTN, pemetaan potensi minat dan bakat (bidang kurikulum), pendataan siswa baru, penyusunan kurikulum program keahlian, mengikuti kompetensi tingkat nasional, memberikan kuliah tamu, mencanangkan sistem reward (bidang kesiswaan), meningkatkan kerjasama dengan perusahaan, perguruan tinggi, alumni, dan pihak lain dan studi banding (bidang humas), pembangunan lokal madrasah (bidang sarana prasarana), konseling (koordinator BP/BK), dan perencanaan strategi berbasis data, peningkatan pengetahuan manajemen madrasah, dan pembagian tugas pengelolaan madrasah secara proporsional (staf pengelola sekolah). ========== Madrasah Aliyah (MA) is a formal educational institution that equivalent to Senior High School (SMA), with the differences of more intensive religious subjects. From the statistical data of Pendis Kemenag, stated that the overall levels, RA, MI, MTs, and MA, which has A accreditation just under 10%. This means that management of madrasah needs to be improved. One of this madrasah management is program planning that will be done in MA Kartayuda Plus. During its program planning, MA Kartayuda Plus is managed based on agenda of the annual routine, incidental agenda, and the agenda of short-term tactical, not based on long-term strategic planning. In this research, program planning was formulated based on SWOT analysis to determine the internal and external conditions of MA Kartayuda Plus in terms of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Then the internal and external factors were weighted on internal factors matrix (IFE) and external factors (EFE) to determine the position of MA at the quadrant of SWOT Maps, which was in quadrant I, so the priority was 18 of S-O strategies. The 18 of S-O strategies was conducted to initiate program for 2014/2015 academic year. The 42 of initiated programs were divided according organizational structure of MA Kartayuda Plus. The programs includes: college socialization and job information, intensive final exam and college entrance exam guidance, potential interest and talent mapping of student (curriculum), new student data collection, curriculum development, following national-level competition, giving guest lectures, launched a reward system (field of student affairs), increasing cooperation with companies, universities, alumnus and alumna, and other parties, and school comparative studies (public relations), construction of classrooms (infrastructure), counseling (BP/BK coordinator), and data-driven strategic planning, improvement of madrasah-management knowledge, and distribution of task management proportionally (school management staff).
